Bill Simpich presented the idea that the false messages from CIA HQ to FBI, Navy, INS etc. and to the Mexico city station along withthe mystery man photo were part of CI/SIG 's mole hunt. It is very similar to the bairium meal/marked cards that Peter Dale Scott wrote in his article the "search for Popov's mole."
What do the members of this forum think regarding the above?
