Here are some good books to read on the JFK Assassination, aka 1963 Coup d'Etat
#1
(I encourage folks to post their top 10 or top list of JFK assassination books. Also, please add books that are tangentially related to the JFK assassination, yet profile valuable understanding of it or which contain relevant facts not found anywhere else. This could be a very useful thread for folks.)

Also, here is my Amazon Listmania: http://www.amazon.co...?ie=UTF8&lm_bb=

Here is a superb Amazon Listmania focusing on Lyndon Johnson: http://www.amazon.co..._res_rpli_alt_1

Also, please google "LBJ-CIA Assassination of JFK"

Here are some books relating to the JFK assassination that I think are extremely helpful. I ranked them in order of useful knowledge as for who and why they murdered John Kennedy. My current belief is that Lyndon Johnson made a dirty deal with CIA Republicans to murder John Kennedy (mafia and anti-Castro Cubans would be subcontractors to CIA in this scenario). Forget the Carribean, Lyndon Johnson was running Murder, Inc. down in Texas, as he was using Cliff Carter and Malcolm Wallace to murder people. LBJ had so much criminal and political liability, he literally had to murder to keep from being indicted or kicked out of office at the least.

What are YOUR favorite JFK related books and why. Which ones should I add to this list or emphasize in my very rough "rankings." I always love to hear what JFK books people like to read. Or books that help one understand the JFK assassination such as books on LBJ, CIA, Allen Dulles, James Angleton, Edward Lansdale. Keep those picks coming so I can add MORE to my list.

If you want to get quickly "up to speed" on the JFK assassination, here is what to read. 1) LBJ: Mastermind of JFK's Assassination by Phillip Nelson 2) JFK and the Unspeakable:Why He Died and Why it Matters by James Douglass 3) Brothers: the Hidden History of the Kennedy Years by David Talbot 4) The Dark Side of Camelot by Seymour Hersh 5) Family of Secrets: The Bush Dynasty by Russ Baker. Google my essay "LBJ-CIA Assassination of JFK." Google "National Security State by Andrew Gavin Marshall." Google "Chip Tatum Pegasus." Google "Vincent Salandria False Mystery Speech."

Go to YouTube and watch the videos The Men Who Killed Kennedy, episodes 7, 8, and 9 which focus on the role of Lyndon Johnson. On YouTube watch Jesse Ventura's show on the JFK assassination. Watch the movie JFK director's cut by Oliver Stone. Also, on You Tube watch "Evidence of Revision."

HERE IS MY BOOK/DVD LIST - WHICH I CONSTANTLY ADD TO AND TWEAK - AS OF 4/12/11

Robert,

By your own admission elsewhere, you report that you have read only 12 books on this subject in your entire life! Yet, you have over 430 books on your "good books" list that you are recommending others should read. Do you also forward email messages that you receive to everyone in your address book before you've even bothered to read them for yourself?

Greg, you misunderstand the purpose of my list of JFK related books. I am building a list of JFK related books so it can be a tool to other researchers. The recommendations of these books/DVDS, especially the first 200 or so, come from other very experienced JFK researchers as well as myself. Of course, I have not read cover-to-cover all these books.

I am extremely well read in the JFK assassination, not just with books, but often with the absolute best stuff there is on the internet. Perhaps you should send for my "LBJ and CIA killed JFK" file. Just email Morrow321@aol.com and I will be glad to send you my file.

I constantly add to it, updated it, mainly by "cutting and pasting" the best stuff on the internet into it. In fact your COPA presentations on NSAM 263/273 are included in it.

I have read intensively on the JFK for the past 3 years and I made a beeline for the highest quality, most current stuff. The best of the older books are incorporated in the higher quality newer books such as LBJ: the Mastermind of JFK's Assassination and JFK and the Unspeakable, Brothers and Doug Horne's volumes just to name a few.

I read from many, many books but I rarely read a whole book on the JFK assassination. It is just not an efficiently way to rapidly acquire knowledge. I have a knack, like any skilled researcher, of being able to zero in on the significant stuff while skipping the dross or irrelevant material.

I am becoming quite expert on the JFK assassination as anyone who talks to me rapidly finds out. In fact, I think I know a lot more about the 1963 Coup d'Etat than you do.

Btw, Nelson Rockefeller was also in on the JFK assassination with his good busom buddy Lyndon Johnson. Maybe you will figure that out one day.

My list of books relating to the 1963 Coup d'Etat is at 430. Notice that many of them are not exclusively about JFK. There are many valuable books that pure "JFK assassination books" that provide a important insight into the event. The Dark Side of Camelot, Perloff's book on the CFR, JFK: Ordeal in Africa, Gibson's Battling Wall Street are just a few examples. Any biographies of the key players from Lansdale to LBJ to Dulles to Angleton to HL Hunt to Rockefellers all bear good fruit.

I hope to get my list of "JFK assass. related books" up to perhaps 2,000 or so, with the best JFK books at the top followed by the peripheral, yet very valuable JFK books on the bottom.

So, Greg, why all the juvenile sniping comments directed at me? Are you jealous? I think I know a LOT more about the 1963 Coup d'Etat than you do.

This is just a repeat Greg of an old post Morrow made one indeed its one of his first posts I don't understand why Morrow who has an extremely limited knowledge of the case feels the need to subject us to such moronic pap.

Because I'm not inclined to spend $18.95 to watch on pay-per-view a "Penthouse"-produced hard core extravaganza with no redeeming social, artistic, or intellectual value whatsoever, I decided to read another Robert Morrow post.

Six of one ...

It was heartening to read Jim Fetzer's recent repudiation of Morrow -- once his golden boy.

(Do golden boys take golden showers? But I digress.)

You've hit the nail on its empty head, Greg and Seamus. Do you believe Morrow could find yet another way to embarrass himself?

Look it up, Morrow. It's sure to become one of your favorite words.

Oh Lord, I haven't laughed this hard in many a moon, Charles! Thanks for that! Yes, with Morrow's penchant for "all things sexual" -- conspiratorial or otherwise -- that word should pack him, butt good (pun intended, of course).

Um sorry Rob please run a post you have repeatedly run past us all again for another giggle. I think this fellow with the joystick resembles something you do to yourself repeatedly after every 'repeat' comment you make endorsing people like Barr McClellan.:joystick:

Hahahahahahahah I'm with Burnham this is a funny as hell CD. It's truly a repugnant word yet it does sum up the efforts of JF's one time golden boy. Now I think he's 'Nobodies Child' mind you people like John Hankey, RD Morningstar and document forgers like Tim S Cooper are always in need of friends. However, Morrow need not have gone so far. I think his disagreement with Fetzer over the film alteration showed good judgement and he has not bought into the bollocks about Hunt and the three tramps. However, two Swallows out of a flock hardly make a summer.
