This is significant. General Charles Orde Wingate was a racist British intelligence officer, Plymouth Brethren christian and ardent Zionist, who ran what we would now call death squads - the notorious Special Night Squads - targeting Arab villages in Palestine in the 1930s.

To make my interpretation explicit, an analysis of Charles Orde Wingate's later operations in Ethiopia and Burma reveals the use of "long range penetration" operations -small groups of Special Forces committing acts of sabotage deep behind enemy lines - and "stay behind guerilla units" fighting behind Japanese lines.
Wingate's Special Night Squads in Palestine were known as the SNS. Later, the British military introduced specialist regiments such as the SAS and the SBS.
So, Wingate is a philosophical godfather of ruthless, hardened, stay behind cadres, and of long range penetration units. His miltary doctrine also explicitly allows the use of collective punishment. In other words, he endorses the commission of atrocities to create fear in a civilian population.
This "military" doctrine is very close to the known activities of Gladio, and its commission of false flag atrocities by "stay behind" cells to advance the Strategy of Tension.
Bloomfield served under Wingate, and regarded him as a mentor.

Anyway, if you can beleive it, at this late date, Farrell fell in love with the Torbitt Document. So Seamus discusses Torbitt and then analyzes what can be termed three groups of writing on Permindex, bu tnot quite in the following terms:
1. Paris FLammonde, Garrison, myself, and Bill Davy.
2. Steve Dorrill, Robin Ramsey and Max Holland.
3. Torbitt, and Executive Intelligence Review.
The first is clearly the most accurate. Permindex was a CIA affiliate that was involved in some reactionary skulduggery and probably was part of the Gladio apparatus.
THe next two are pieces of disinformation--one which tries to deny the facts, and the second which tries to wildly exaggerate them.
For Farrell to fall for Torbitt shows just how bad a writer he is and how bad his book is. Torbitt was clearly a CIA concoction meant to mislead by throwing out so many suspects that one could not keep up with them.

I have been getting back to this research recently, for some unknown reason, at the blog I created called Quixotic Joust. Awhile back I had wondered about Wisner's sponsors into intelligence after reading John Loftus' book published by TrineDay. There are several entries at the blog about Wisner's early years before he finished law school and shortly after that. I think that who one knows at that crucial time is usually critical in the direction a career takes. Wisner's secret backer into Wall Street was his friend Frank Lord from the Lord Day Lord law firm family--which was housed in the Cunard Building in New York. There were also connections with the Shroeder Bank of Germany and London, which served as a strong link to the Dulles brothers as well.
After the war ended in 1946, the U.S. got involved in the so-called humanitarian effort to rescue Europe from the ravages of the war. The Marshall Plan was created and funded with profits Americans had made from selling armaments to those countries. Factories that made innocent products like electric toy trains and razor blades were converted for war use. The machinery that made such metal parts was easily converted to making gun parts. The manufacturers also discovered there was much more money to be made in weapons than in toys and blades.
It was also in 1948 that Israel became a recognized nation within Palestine. It would be used by both Britain and the U.S. to protect oil interests in Iran and Saudi Arabia, respectively. But Israel had to have weapons, and also had its eye on the bomb that was dropped on Japan, which it sought for its own survival.
Before the U.S. came into the war, the British had established their ultra-secret Camp X in Canada, near Toronto, where they trained American intelligence operatives. Sir Willilam Stephenson was an investment banker, as were most of the men working for Wild Bill Donovan, so it was only natural they would turn to the stock market as a way to raise money for their various schemes. Bloomfield used the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Americans used New York.

Thank you all for your informatiion and references. The material on Clay Shaw, Permindex, Centro Mondiale, industrial and oil corporations, banks, Wall Street, CIA and other government agencies, may all be somehow linked to the JFK assassination, along with the others in 1960s and even in 1999 (JFK, Jr.). It's a matter of pulling the tangled web apart and following proper leads.

In fact it serves as an entree into the JFK-MJ-12 palava a number of people are still trying to defend or find 'nuggets of truth in'. The thing I continue to find wholly bizarre is the way in which adherence of the Torbitt document or say the MJ-12 ones (these people are of a similar ilk) waste their time trying to find out all manner of 'facts' which verify them, not the reality of the bullshit facts in them. These documents as I have demonstrated in both pieces have also been changed continually over time. There are no original Torbitt documents available.

However, let's return to Medaris for a moment. He has been described as the "patron of Wernher von Braun".

Isn't it a shame that this has all been butchered by so many people. Because Phil and Jan I agree, the Kennedy assassination is perhaps the most important aspect of this. But still ony one of many aspect in this case. Very refreshing to be around people who 'get it' so to speak. The interesting directions one can go down with this stuff, is pretty impressive. I had come across the Medaris religious shite before. Not these links however. What I also hadn't come across were Phils other links. Cheers Jan for passing me on to this.
