Russia Offers Steps To Fight Drug Production In Afghanistan

The head of the Russian drug control service, Viktor Ivanov puts forth a plan for the elimination of Afghan drug production, "Raduga-2 (Rainbow), as he claims that the problem is "created by orders from global transnational drug trafficking corporations."
