An area of study that I either missed or overlooked, and my slow comprehension is yet to engage as to their meaning/purpose as described. All help appreciated.

I could go into detail here for you, but I would be forced to leave out important context. May I suggest that you pick up Doug Horne's "Inside the Assassination Records Review Board". There are several volumes, but Volume IV covers the significance of these briefing boards.

Thanks Mr Burnham. I found a reference online, basically indicating a set was made and then replaced by another set, but not a lot of details. Hopefully I'll pick up the reference you mentioned soon.

The ARRB deposition of Homer McMahon posted by Greg in this forum section is fascinating. On page 25 McMahon posits eight shots from three positions. And he was in a position to know: a CIA photographic specialist with clearance above top secret and personal expertise in trick shooting.

Douglas Horne, Inside the ARRB is a five-volume presentation and analysis of the medical evidence and testimony covered by the body in its three-plus years of life.

The National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC) conducted two, compartmentalized, studies of the Zapruder film resulting in the creation of two separate sets of briefing boards.

The Center's chief Dino Bruglioni was responsible for the first on Saturday, November 23, 1963, and his subordinate Homer McMahon, the second, Sunday, November 24.

Horne's Zapruder section is approximately pages 1100-1300 in Volume IV and is exhaustive and compelling.

Kodak's expert Rollie Zavada attempts (unsuccessfully in my view) to defend the authenticity of the extant Zapruder film.

Evidence of alteration to conceal the crossfire has been established to my satisfaction.

In fact, in viewing the briefing boards, one is again moved to ask, "Why does the limousine sink nearly out of the bottom of the frame at the most critical moments?"

The two NPIC events present anomalies and contradictions which are fatal to the chain of evidence.

In the case of the RFK assassination the problem was solved by confiscating the photos of Scott Enyart, the photographer in the key position to capture the second shooter, and to destroy them, along with the rest of the inconvenient evidence.

Horne has identified two brains, two brain exams, hence more fraud, more proof of crossfire, conspiracy, coverup.
