Another in the endless mass shootings in USA - this time Denver
At this point we can't be sure the photos are real any more than those from Dallas. But, if I had any lingering doubts this was a black op...the package to his shrink/professor with the whole scenario spelled out ended that....his name is Lee Harvey Holmes!:darthvader: The after the fact find of the package [to further implicate him] reminds me of the Anthrax attacks after 911 to put another nail in the coffin of our liberties.....going, going,........

And I did a lot of work today with the photos with the two different noses [i.e the photo has been altered]. Best I can figure it is the same person and same face, but someone has changed the nose....go figure...they did that often with LHO...why they'd do it with Holmes I can't imagine and yet I can....:flypig:

There are many DIFFERENT versions about the package...here is one....FWIW [I think the whole move was a post facto event by the perpetrators, not Holmes]
AURORA, Colorado Alleged Colorado shooter James Holmes reportedly sent a warning package to a psychiatrist at his former university more than a week before massacring people at a cinema.

The parcel appeared to have arrived at the University of Colorado on July 12 but sat opened until after the July 20 massacre, one unnamed law enforcement source told Fox News.

The package contained a notebook full of details about his plans and several drawings, including some of gun-wielding stick figures shooting other stick figures, the report said.

"There were drawings of what he was going to do in it drawings and illustrations of the massacre," the law enforcement source told Fox News.

Holmes, 24, is accused of shooting 12 people dead and wounding 58 more at a cinema on Friday in Aurora, outside Denver, as young moviegoers packed the first midnight screening of the latest Batman film, "The Dark Knight Rises."

It is not clear why the package was never delivered to the psychiatrist, a professor at the university where Holmes once studied for a PhD, nor whether it actually arrived in time to potentially prevent the massacre.

A second law enforcement source quoted by FoxNews.com said they were unable to confirm that the package had arrived before the killings occurred.

The spiral-bound notebook was discovered on Monday after the psychiatrist received a package he feared had come from Holmes and police searched the mailroom for suspicious packages.

The gunman emerged from a fire exit on Friday shortly after the film began and threw two canisters of noxious gas into the auditorium.

After firing one round directly into the air with a pump-action shotgun, he began shooting people at random with a military-style assault rifle capable of dispatching 50 to 60 rounds a minute, witnesses said.

The first funeral of a victim of the massacre took place on Wednesday. Gordon Cowden, 51, was the oldest person killed in the rampage. He had gone to the movie with his teenage children, who escaped unharmed.

Authorities say Holmes had painted his hair reddish orange and claimed he was the Joker, Batman's sworn enemy in the comic book series that inspired director Christopher Nolan's film trilogy, which features British-born actor Christian Bale as "the caped crusader".

According to reports and at least one witness, Holmes might have killed more people had his assault rifle not jammed.

The suspect gave himself up outside the cinema, still clad in the body armor [at odds with other police statements!!!!] witnesses described the gunman wearing.

Police said Sunday they had found Holmes's computer inside his booby-trapped apartment rigged to kill anyone who entered which could provide crucial details about how he planned and executed the attack.

He is being held in solitary confinement in the Arapahoe County Detention Center and could face the death penalty if convicted.

A report in the New York Daily News, meanwhile, made the claim that Holmes had asked a stunned jail worker to tell him how the movie ends.

"Like he had no idea why there was anything wrong with what he was saying. It was sick… I think he's trying real hard to act crazy," a witness to the incident was quoted as saying.

His eyes glazed and his voice flat, Holmes reportedly asked a jail worker
"Did you see the movie?" and then "How does it end?"

He repeated the question when the worker ignored him.

His hair dyed orange, eyes staring out blankly, Holmes made a bizarre first appearance in court Monday.

Wearing a maroon prison jumpsuit, the graduate school dropout didn't speak as lawyers read out a list of accusations during the short procedural hearing at Arapahoe County District Court in the town of Centennial.

Holmes, a former PhD candidate in neuroscience, appeared unable to follow proceedings as his head bobbed up and down and he alternated between staring out wild-eyed and closing his eyes shut as if in a daze.
He is being held in solitary confinement in the Arapahoe County Detention Center and could face the death penalty if convicted.
--------------------------------------------------
Another variant:
The Huffington Post reports that James Holmes, who killed twelve people and injured 58 in Colorado may have detailed his plans in a package sent to The University of Colorado, Denver.

The university received the package on Monday and turned it over to police. They claim the US Postal Service delivered the package to its medical campus and it was immediately investigated and sent to the authorities within hours.

Fox News adds that Holmes, a former neuroscience graduate student, sent a notebook that contained drawings of stick figures being shot and a written description of an upcoming attack. The package was sent to a psychiatrist at the school. It's unknown if Holmes had any prior contact with the psychiatrist. The neuroscience program he left on June 10 included professors of psychiatry.

NBC News added through unnamed sources that Holmes told police to look for the package and said it described killing people. The FBI and other law enforcement agencies would not confirm this to the Associated Press. U.S. Postal Service spokesman David Rupert said the agency's inspectors have no direct knowledge of hte package. He said no one contacted the USPS for help in the investigation.

Meanwhile Fox News said that Holmes sent the package and it sat unopened since July 12. The university has denied this claim. A spokeswoman wouldn't comment as she had a gag order issued by a judge in the case. Before the gag order, police said that Holmes received over 50 packages at the school and his home that had ammunition, combat gear and explosive materials that he used in the attack and to booby-trap his Aurora apartment.

The building was evacuated for days while police collected evidence and disabled the traps. Residents were allowed to move back in last night. Holmes defense team also visited the building but left without answering any questions. Holmes was said to be collecting materials for the attack while studying at the University. He bought a shotgun and pistol in May. On June 7, when he took the year-end oral exam, he also bought an assault rifle. He left the program three days later and did not give a reason.

He also filed an application on June 25 to join a private gun range in eastern Colorado, but after the club's owner heard a "bizarre" voice mail on his cell phone (recorded in a low voice with heavy breathing) told his staff to watch out for him. Holmes, who grew up in California, never went to the range.
--------------------------------------------
Holmes continues to show no remorse for the cinema killings, workers from the Arapahoe Detention Center where he is being held have said.
Holmes, who is being held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous "Joker" persona after his arrival, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News.
"He thinks he's acting in a movie," a prison employee told the Daily News.
"He's claiming his belly hurts him," the worker said. "He complained once that he didn't like the food . . . The guy killed 12 people, and he's upset that he's not getting a four-star meal?"

July 25-26, 2012 -- Aurora police chief's dubious connections

As Aurora, Colorado police chief Dan Oates receives accolades from officials from President Obama to Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, Oates's past position with the New York Police Department is noteworthy as more details emerge of the connections between the alleged Century 16 movie theater shooter James Holmes and government-funded neuroscience research.

Oates retired from the New York Police Department in 2001 after a 21-year career. He served as safety services administrator in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the home of the University of Michigan, designated by former CIA director Richard Helms as one of the five top CIA-Advance Research Projects Agency (ARPA) [now known as the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, or DARPA] "behavioral science" research campuses, along with Yale, M.I.T., U.C.L.A, and the University of Hawaii.
In 2005, Oates left Ann Arbor to take up his present position in Aurora.Oates's last job with the NYPD was as the chief of the intelligence division. As a member of Police Commissioner Howard Safir's executive staff, Oates's prepared, according to The New York Daily News, a daily intelligence briefing for Safir, which lasted some two hours. Oates's would have conceivably had access to a wide spectrum of intelligence information, including Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI, and other federal agency reports on the suspicious activities of a number of Israeli "art students" and "office movers" in the year leading up to the 9/11 attack on New York's World Trade Center.

However, Oates apparently missed the critical intelligence or, if he passed it to Safir, it was ignored. Safir, who served as New York Police Commissioner from 1996 to 2000 and was appointed by Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, previously served as a federal Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs agent and in 10972, was one of two BNDD agents who arrested Harvard University researcher Timothy Leary, a proponent of LSD use. However, Leary had also conducted research, under the guise of the Harvard Psilocybin Project. the Concord Prison Experiment, and the Marsh Chapel Experiment, for the CIA's MK-ULTRA mind control program. which was under the direction of CIA Technical Services director Dr. Sidney Gottlieb.

After Safir retired as police commissioner, he became the chief consultant to the CEO of ChoicePoint, Inc., the firm that was implicated in scrubbing voter rolls in Florida for the 2000 presidential election.

In December 2001, Safir became chairman and CEO SafirRosetti, a security firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Options Group, as well as CEO of Bode Technology, also a subsidiary of Global Options. Safir has also served as CEO of
VRI Technologies LLC, a security investigations and data analysis firm; chairman of National Security Solutions, Inc., a counter-terrorism firm; chairman and CEO of the November Group Ltd, a strategic consulting firm headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. In addition, he has served on the the board of directors of Implant Sciences Corp., an explosive trace detection sensor firm; and Verint Systems, Inc.

Verint was formerly known as Comverse/Infosys and the Department of Justice suspected the Israeli-owned firm, which had contracts to provide wiretapping systems to the FBI and Justice Department, of having significant links to Israeli intelligence. Comverse/Infosys, now known as Verint, was suspended from the New York NASDAQ index in 2007 over financial irregularities and money laundering brought about by the ex-CEO of Comverse/Infosys, Jacob "Kobi" Alexander, an Israeli national. Alexander fled prosecution for securities fraud in the United States and he now lives in the Namibian capital of Windhoek. Efforts to extradite Alexander from Namibia to the United States have been unsuccessful.

Verint provided the closed-circuit television surveillance system for the London Underground when the system was hit by terrorist bombs on July 7, 2005. A company called Visor Consultants was conducting a training exercise in which dummy bombs were used to simulate a terrorist bombing of the London Underground as the actual bombs were detonated. Giuliani, who appointed Safir as his polcie commissioner, happened to be staying in downtown London at the time of the bombings. Giuliani was staying and attending an economic conference at the Great Eastern Hotel, at which then-Israeli Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was also present.

Netanyahu had expressed a certain satisfaction over the 9/11 attack on U.S. television in implying the attack would be "good for Israel." The response to the 9/11 attack was severely affected by actual commercial airplane hijacking drills being run by the Pentagon during the actual attacks.

Ironically, Safir's one-time intelligence chief, Oates, would also face the strange situation where an emergency medical drill in nearby Douglas County, on the outskirts of Aurora, that dealt with a gunman shooting up a movie theater, was being conducted during the actual shooting at the Batman movie in Aurora.

Oates, in remarks to the media after the massacre at the theater, immediately moved to quash rumors on the Internet. He also told CBS News Face the Nation: "All evidence we have, every single indicator is that it was all Mr. Holmes' activity and that he wasn't particularly aided by anyone else." Oates was discounting anything other than a "lone nut" theory behind the mass shooting.

The Aurora police also revealed they were mistaken when they first reported that the car Holmes allegedly drove to the theater to conduct his shooting spree had Tennessee license plates. The alleged shooter's father, Robert Holmes, worked in some capacity for the U.S. Navy Personnel Research and Development Center in San Diego in 1988. The elder Holmes wrote a technical report for the center and the work appeared to have spanned from 1988 to 1989. In 2000, the San Diego center moved to a remodeled new "lab space" at the Naval Support Activity in Millington, Tennessee, near Memphis. The center was re-named the Navy Personnel Research, Studies and Technology (NPRST) Department.
The Millington center concentrates on behavioral and social sciences research and is funded mostly out of the Human Systems Department at the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Navy research branch that works closely with DARPA and the CIA. NPRST also has close working relationships with two universities, the University of Mephis and the University of Mississippi.

It has also been revealed that Holmes spoke at the Salk Institute at the age of 18 on temporal illusions. Holmes explains that a temporal illusion is an illusion that allows one to cha
nge the past. One of slides shows the name of Terrence Sejnowski, Terrence Sejnowski, the Francis Crick Professor at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and the director of the Computational Neurobiology Laboratory. In 2008, Sejnowski wrote that since early brain research conducted by the RAND Corporation in 1980, "we now know a lot about the brain, perhaps more than we need to know." In 2001, Sejnowski worked with the CIA to develop a facial recognition and analysis system to detect whether someone is lying. Three files of Sejnowski's research papers are located in Box 58 at the System Development Foundation (SDF) in Palo Alto, California. SDF has a rather complex and mysterious origin is said to have been created "in the 1950s" as a not-for-profit entity. SDF has an archival depository relationship with the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica.

RAND and Stanford Research Institute, two of the CIA's top west coast research centers, were involved in temporal illusion research throughout the 1970s and 80s. The CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency projects had various code-names, including GRILL FLAME and STAR GATE. All dealt with remote viewing, and WMR learned from a recent participant in the same program, now under the supervision of the National Security Agency (NSA) in Fort Meade, Maryland, has dealt on numerous occasions with temporal remote viewing, i.e., remote viewing of past and future events. The NSA program involves Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and the Monroe Institute in Faber, Virginia, according to the NSA source.

Earlier today, ABC News ran footage from a video unearthed showing James Holmes, currently being held by the Aurora police for the shootings in a Colorado movie theater, speaking at a science camp several years ago. In the video, he is giving a lecture on temporal illusions.

One of the other students introduces him with this statement: "His goals are to become a researcher and make scientific discoveries." She continues to say that Holmes enjoys soccer and strategy games, and his dream is "to own a Slurpee machine." ABC revealed that Holmes' interest in science won him a federal grant from the National Institutes of Health to study neuroscience.

ABC also aired video footage of police setting off several explosives taken from Holmes' apartment in the middle of a large field in carefully staged conditions.

Real Connection to DARPA: The Eagleman Lab

I have taken a particular interest in this case, as I emailed the University of Colorado Department of Neuroscience on June 21st with a proposal for a neurolinguistic experiment aimed at inducing temporary aphasia in a group of adult volunteers.

Neuroscientists James Jacobson and David Eagleman both worked at the Salk institute and have recently appeared in the media and appear to be attempting to both discredit his intelligence and downplay their involvement with him. David Eagleman is of particular interest.

In 2006 at age 18, James Holmes spends 6 weeks as an intern at the Salk Institute under the direct supervision of John Jacobson, whom he refers to in a video as "his mentor"

The Salk Institute of Biology is ranked as one of the world's top biomedical research facilities and is described as "an isolated compound… not unlike monasteries for religious discovery" and "A temple of science; a secular monastery where man pursues knowledge of our biological foundations."

Holmes states in a video:
"Over the course of the summer I've been working on a temporal illusionan illusion that allows you to change the past…he [Jacobson] also studies subjective experience, which is what takes place inside the mind as opposed to the external world. I've carried on his work in dealing with subjective experience"

Who is Jacobson?

In 2004 John Jacobson co-authors a paper with David Eagleman at the Salk Institute on temporal illusions "Perceived Luminance Depends on Temporal Context" NATURE journal

Eagleman as it turns out, is an extremely interesting character: after serving in the Israeli Army, he becomes interested in neuroscience after taking a neurolinguistics class at Rice University. After obtaining a degree in literature, he goes on to earn his Ph.D. in neuroscience at Baylor University. He then takes a post-doctoral position at the Salk Institute of Biology under Francis Crick, co-discoverer of the DNA molecule. In 2009 Eagleman writes "Sum: 40 Tales of the Afterlife" a bizarre book of fictional philosophy

Eagleman Lab for Perception and Action (eaglemanlab.net)

Researches "time perception, sensory substitution, synesthesia, and neurolaw"

"we are engaged in experiments that explore temporal coding, time warping, manipulation of perception of causality, time perception in schizophrenia and time perception in high adrenaline situations"

The Eagleman lab is funded by NIH and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency)

"In October 2006, a Pentagon agency called the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) sought out researchers for ways to monitor the brain in its learning and acquisition process, by observing the differences between the brains of beginners and experts and discovering "noninvasive ways to speed up the process" [1]. Known as the "Augmented Cognition" program, the agency paid Lockheed Martin $650,000 to develop real-time technology of cognitive activity and function of a brain. September witnessed the preliminary development of such a portable, wearable system of sensors that assessed cognitive activity and prints out a data sheet revealing brain activity deviation from the norm or average of the population.

But why would DARPA want to look at neuroscience evidence? Information gathered from these helmet sensors would measure brain states associated with "anger, aggression, fatigue, deception," which would then be relayed to a command center. During war, those working in the command center may choose how to deploy the soldiers based on their mental states. A focused soldier may be ordered to shoot, and a furious soldier may be asked to sit and calm down so as not to do anything careless." NeuLaw Blog, Sept. 28 2011, Kyang & David Eagleman

"DARPA, the Pentagon's way-out science arm, wants to make soldiers stronger, faster, and generally "kill proof." The key, the agency believes: Getting humans to act more like animals.

For years, DARPA has been pushing to boost soldier performance. Today, at the opening of DARPATech, the agency's bi-annual conference, program manager Michael Callahan just announced a new effort to take that research even further. He calls it "Inner Armor.""Wired Magazine, August 7 2007, Noah Shachtman

"Current computer-based target detection capabilities cannot process large volumes of imagery with the speed, flexibility, and precision of the human visual system. Investigations of visual neuroscience mechanisms indicate that human brains are capable of responding visually much more quickly than they respond physically. The vision for DARPA's Neurotechnology for Intelligence Analysts (NIA) program is to revolutionize how analysts handle intelligence imagery, increasing throughput of imagery to an analyst and overall accuracy of assessments.

NIA seeks to identify robust brain signals that can be recorded in an operational environment and process these in real-time to select images that merit further review. The program aims to apply these triage methods to static, broad area, and video imagery. Successful development of a neurobiologically based image triage system will increase speed and accuracy of image analysis where the number of acquired images is expected to rise significantly. Results of the NIA program will enable image analysts to train more effectively and process imagery with greater speed and precision."

"ON THE STEAMY first day of August 1966, Charles Whitman took an elevator to the top floor of the University of Texas Tower in Austin. The 25-year-old climbed the stairs to the observation deck, lugging with him a footlocker full of guns and ammunition…

"The lesson from all these stories is the same: human behavior cannot be separated from human biology. If we like to believe that people make free choices about their behavior (as in, "I don't gamble, because I'm strong-willed"), cases like Alex the pedophile, the frontotemporal shoplifters, and the gambling Parkinson's patients may encourage us to examine our views more carefully. Perhaps not everyone is equally "free" to make socially appropriate choices…

As our understanding of the human brain improves, juries are increasingly challenged with these sorts of questions. When a criminal stands in front of the judge's bench today, the legal system wants to know whether he is blameworthy. Was it his fault, or his biology's fault?...

If I seem to be heading in an uncomfortable directiontoward letting criminals off the hookplease read on, because I'm going to show the logic of a new argument, piece by piece. The upshot is that we can build a legal system more deeply informed by science, in which we will continue to take criminals off the streets, but we will customize sentencing, leverage new opportunities for rehabilitation, and structure better incentives for good behavior…

Free will may exist (it may simply be beyond our current science), but one thing seems clear: if free will does exist, it has little room in which to operate. It can at best be a small factor riding on top of vast neural networks shaped by genes and environment. In fact, free will may end up being so small that we eventually think about bad decision-making in the same way we think about any physical process, such as diabetes or lung disease….

A forward-thinking legal system will also parlay biological understanding into customized rehabilitation, viewing criminal behavior the way we understand other medical conditions such as epilepsy, schizophrenia, and depressionconditions that now allow the seeking and giving of help. These and other brain disorders find themselves on the not-blameworthy side of the fault line, where they are now recognized as biological, not demonic, issues…

We may be on the cusp of finding new rehabilitative strategies as well, affording people better control of their behavior, even in the absence of external authority. To help a citizen reintegrate into society, the ethical goal is to change him as little as possible while bringing his behavior into line with society's needs. My colleagues and I are proposing a new approach, one that grows from the understanding that the brain operates like a team of rivals, with different neural populations competing to control the single output channel of behavior. Because it's a competition, the outcome can be tipped. I call the approach "the prefrontal workout."…
If this sounds like biofeedback from the 1970s, it isbut this time with vastly more sophistication, monitoring specific networks inside the head rather than a single electrode on the skin. This research is just beginning, so the method's efficacy is not yet knownbut if it works well, it will be a game changer. We will be able to take it to the incarcerated population, especially those approaching release, to try to help them avoid coming back through the revolving prison doors."-- The Brain on Trial, The Atlantic, July August 2011, by DAVID EAGLEMAN

"Plenty of geeks are already obsessed with self-tracking, from monitoring sleep rhythms to graphing caffeine intake versus productivity. Now, the Department of Defense's far-out research agency is after the ultimate kind of Quantified Self: Soldiers with implanted body sensors that keep intimate tabs on their health, around the clock.

In a new call for research, Darpa is asking for proposals to devise prototype implantable biosensors. Once inserted under a soldier's skin, Darpa wants the sensors to provide real-time, accurate measurements of "DoD-relevant biomarkers" including stress hormones, like cortisol, and compounds that signal inflammation, like histamine.

Implantable sensors are only the latest of several Pentagon-backed ventures to track a soldier's health. Darpa's already looked into tracking "nutritional biomarkers" to evaluate troops' diets. And as part of the agency's "Peak Soldier Performance" program, Darpa studied how one's genes impact physical ability, and tried to manipulate cellular mitochondria to boost the body's energy levels.

Sensors alone won't make troops stronger, smarter or more resilient. But they'd probably offer the kind of information that could. For one thing, the sensors would provide military docs an array of reliable info about the health of every single soldier. Plus, they'd tell leaders how a soldier's body stood up to grueling physical training or a tough deployment. Tracking changes in the body's endocrine system, for example, might tell a physician that a soldier is increasingly sleep deprived. Or observing chronically increased inflammation levels might tell a team leader that trainee number five isn't cut out for the Navy SEALs." Wired Magazine, Katie Drummond, Feb 3 2012

Holmes mapped the neurons of zebra finches and studied the flight muscles of hummingbirds while he was an undergraduate at UC Riverside, where he graduated in 2010. As a doctoral student at the University of Colorado at Denver, he had won a neuroscience training grant from the National Institutes of Health.

The grant was awarded to just six students at the school.
As part of the program, Holmes was listed as making a presentation in May 2012 about Micro RNA Biomarkers in a class named "Biological Basis of Psychiatric and Neurological Disorders."

DENVER MASSACRE STORY CHANGES

Update on suspicious packages discovered at Anschutz Medical Campus

AURORA, Colo. (July 25, 2012) Officials at theUniversity of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus can confirm that the suspicious package discovered at the Facilities Services building on Monday, July 23, 2012, was delivered to the campus by the United States Postal Service that same day, immediately investigated and turned over to authorities within hours of delivery. This package prompted the building's evacuation at 12:26 p.m., and employees were allowed to return by 3:06 p.m.
The anonymous Fox News source that the package was received on July 12 and sat in the mailroom is inaccurate.
We remain unable to discuss anything further on this package in accordance with the order of Judge Sylvester on July 23, 2012.

AURORA MASSACRE: STICK FIGURE STORY CHANGES.

Posted on July 26, 2012 by willyloman
by Scott Creighton
UPDATE: And who says that package wasn't sitting around since July 12th? Well, the same people who would be sued if it was sitting around since the 12th, that's who. (H/T Mike W)

Yesterday I wrote about a ludicrous new narrative coming out of Fox "News" which claimed that they now had what amounts to a "stick figure drawing confession" from James Holmes, conveniently sent by him prior to the shooting. The narrative has been fixed, the story massaged. The problematic aspects of the story have been weeded out by those in control of the public image of this case...
"Among the images shown in the spiral-bound notebook's pages were gun-wielding stick figures blowing away other stick figures" Fox News
The story centered around a professor at the nearby university contacting the FBI and telling them he thought he had a package that had been sent to him by the shooter. They went there and the package was not sent by the shooter so for some reason they searched the campus post office and found that there was indeed a package which had been there since July 12th that WAS sent by the shooter.
The source said police and FBI agents were called to the University of Colorado Anschutz medical campus in Aurora on Monday morning after the psychiatrist, who is also a professor at the school, reported receiving a package believed to be from the suspect. Although that package turned out to be from someone else and harmless, a search of the Campus Services' mailroom turned up another package sent to the psychiatrist with Holmes' name in the return address, the source told FoxNews.com." Fox News
According to the Fox "News" article, that package was a nifty little bit of evidence showing that Holmes had drawn little stick figure illustrations of what he intended to do. Can't ask for a more damning bit of evidence than that can you?
I pointed out the absolutely ridiculous nature of narrative in an article called Aurora Massacre: Stick Figures!? You've Gotta be F*cking Kidding Me. But then I also pointed out as well that if this were the case and the "evidence" was supposedly there since July 12th, then the post office and or the university would be sued til the end of time. Had they done their jobs, this entire thing would have been avoided.
"… the parcel may have sat unopened in a mailroom for up to a week before its discovery Monday, a law enforcement source told FoxNews.com." Fox News
The story was carried by other "news" agencies like the Huffington Post complete with the "stick figures" and the mistaken package storyline.
But then the story has changed considerably.
NBC "News" ran a story last night on their prime time show in which they make mention early on of the "writings' of Holmes in the spiral notebook.
  • Gone is any mention of the stick figure drawings.
  • Gone is any mention of the professor calling the FBI and telling them he had a package from Holmes.
  • Gone is the story of the mistaken package and then the real package.
  • Fixed is the narrative that the package sat there for a long time before being "discovered" by the feds (no lawsuits now)
  • Fixed is the narrative of how they found out about it in the first place (the "uncooperative" Holmes who has not confessed, told them about the confession stick figures just like the "uncooperative" Holmes warned the cops about the traps he set for the cops)
The new narrative directly conveniently addresses several problems of the first in that it was extremely implausible that some professor would mistake one package as being from a suspected mass murdered just to have another coincidentally waiting to be discovered that was from him or the fact that someone was going to be sued and as it turns out, the campus post office isn't attached to the USPS. These are problems. That says nothing of the ridiculous "stick figure confession' aspect of the whole thing.
But let's think about this for a second: uncooperative Holmes not only saved officer's lives by warning them of the traps, but he also made the entire case for the prosecution. How much more "cooperation" do they want?

Anthrax Redux....and remember there were THREE events of terror in quick succession
1] 9-11
2] Anthrax attacks
3] D.C. area shooter[s]

Thw ever shifting story is proof enough for me the whole official version is a total lie.....but I sensed that from day one!

Gone is any mention of the stick figure drawings.
Gone is any mention of the professor calling the FBI and telling them he had a package from Holmes.
Gone is the story of the mistaken package and then the real package.
Fixed is the narrative that the package sat there for a long time before being "discovered" by the feds (no lawsuits now)
Fixed is the narrative of how they found out about it in the first place (the "uncooperative" Holmes who has not confessed, told them about the confession stick figures just like the "uncooperative" Holmes warned the cops about the traps he set for the cops)

This from a NYDN reporter in Aurora...if true...very disturbing...but at this time, I caution that everything we've been told can not be true...as many now contradict that were told by the 'officials' - let alone the Press. Some confusion in a story like this is to be expected...but there has been far to much to be the usual confusion. Some of it has moved, IMHO, into psyop/propaganda territory. Now to tease out what is true and what not...! That said, I do not believe the official version and still think it very likely Holmes is a patsy in some form.

Peter, Jacobson presents as a mind whisperer, boasting of his craft's power to alter memory of events from A/B to B/A.

Now Jacobson burns Holmes (Holmes is not worthy, Holmes is not worthy).

Who called Holmes in the theater? Audience says. . .

The stick-figure notebook is not a convincing incriminating icon. It is an homage to Sirhan's notebook, to Oswald's cloned gun sack, requires a separate chapter in Gore Vidal's The Art and Arts of E. The oral exam that went wrong and started the cascade of terror is a construct based on air. It may equally have been a private programming session. The accumulation of weapons, ammunition and materials suggests so many coupons in American Rifleman for a shorter carbine than found, a package picked up from a post office box by phantoms.

The delivery of packages to the University has been shown to be woefully chaotic, slipshod, open to tampering--the entire scenario of a professor summoning authorities on account of a package from the suspect which was no such thing, but was rather a pretext for a serendipitous fishing expedition. How convenient. And suspect.

What agency of the government funds these professors. Rhetorical. It's the Gottlieb Galvanic Response Bureau.

And the professors use their students as subjects.

And when their weapons jam and they're Batman crazy in dyed hair, they're bad students who dropped out.

U sure got that Reich, brother! I even saw a Neo-Nazi site calling him a patsy...so it seems everyone from all sides of the political hamster wheel agree on this.....because they made this one a bit too obvious...and I'm wondering if they haven't on purpose - to show just how powerless we who question are in front of their shock and awe magic manipulations of reality. Of course, the great undipped mass of Sheeple in the USA will follow whatever line the MSM are told to eventually follow on this....and take it as fact. I agree Phil, the parallels here with Sirhan and Oswald are very blatant. Same cookbook. Same beast. It is interesting how this repetition not only makes the new false-flag events easier to spot; it also makes me more sure than ever about my deconstruction of past events. I believe this 'event' may be the skeleton key into many of the mass-shootings and other related events [Unibomber, Manson, et al.] At this point, they seem not to care if some of us can clearly see what they are doing....they are giddy with their power and our powerlessness. They know most are still fooled watching the magic show.

The only [very minor] point above I'd quibble with is only some of the professors use their students for evil experiments and only some of them are working with the Beast in most universities [it might be different in some Beast-run think tanks or labs]. I took a course at UC-Boulder in neurochemistry and psychopharmacology with Seth Sharpless - a brilliant researcher and thinker and I'm sure he was not with the Beast. The man was so brilliant he made discoveries IN CLASS at times...he'd be lecturing and suddenly stop and announce he had just made a discovery...scribble it on the blackboard and tell the class.....many were brilliant and worthy of a prize.

And then there are the Gottliebs and Wests......who's 'scientific' achievements were up to Third Reich standards....such as killing an elephant with LSD, or injecting Ruby when he wasn't ill (his dying soon thereafter)....etc.

To any who say the bloody footprints were not footprints...maybe not..but someone put them and other similar substance from the door the shooter used to where they left the gas mask.

UPDATE 6: Holmes was not arrested coming out of the theater. He was found already in the car. Aurora Massacre: "Is that the dude in the white car nearby?"

UPDATE 5: NOW THE OFFICIAL STORY IS THAT HE WAS DRUGGED WHEN THEY FOUND HIM

UPDATE: I just found out that the judge in this case has sealed the case because disclosure of the facts would be "contrary to public interests" and that the request to do that was made on Friday just hours after the event.

The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."

The District Attorney's affidavit says prosecutors are investigating first-degree murder charges against Holmes, but that disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation." The Daily

UPDATE 2: The Washington Post has done a map of the scene and just like I pointed out, the gas mask is clearly past the corner as if the assailant was on his way to the road. See their photo mark-up at the end of the article.

UPDATE 3: Got a mention in a thread at Above Top Secret. I like that site. Read the comment at the end of the article.

UPDATE 4: Aurora Massacre: More Questions

As I was scanning through a number of heart breaking photos from the aftermath of the Dark Knight massacre in Aurora Co. this morning, I noticed something very interesting; actually a couple of interesting things stood out.Primarily I noticed that the gas mask was found a long way away from where James Holmes was arrested and the other equipment was found. I also think I found an image of a security camera mounted on the back of the theater pointing down toward where the car was parked and the theater exit was. And as luck would have it, that is the exact same location the gas mask was found as if the assailant traveled the length of the building and dropped the mask once he was out of the view of the camera.

I have done my best to compile photos and the layout of the scene at the back of the theater for your consideration.

The first was the fact that early reports had claimed the shooter was still wearing his equipment when the cops first found him next to his car and he was still carrying all of his weapons except for one Glock 40 which was found in his car. This is an important aspect of the case because how else would they have known he was the shooter amid all that chaos. Also interesting is the fact that they didn't just shoot the guy. He was apparently still carrying an assault rifle and a shotgun and decked out in tactical armor… so how did he just end up surrendering "meekly" as some reports claim?

The answer is simple: he wasn't carrying the guns and he wasn't still wearing the armor. So, how did they know they had the right guy?

"Holmes was apprehended within minutes of the 12:39 a.m. shooting at his car behind the theater, where police found him in full riot gear and carrying three weapons, including an AR-15 assault rifle, which can hold upwards of 100 rounds, a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, and a .40 Glock handgun. A fourth handgun was found in the vehicle." ABC News

But this report flies in the face of the evidence at the scene and the vast number of police photos taken.

From the above photo you can clearly see he had striped off his armor on the way to his vehicle and in fact, the AR-15 was found just inches outside the exit door, meaning he could not have still had it when the cops found him unless they let him walk back the 30 or so feet to the door to lay the weapon down there.

It's important to understand the layout of the location where the assailant left the building to return to his car. Let's put that into perspective right off the bat.

As you can see from the compilation of crime scene photos below, the assailant left the building from the door between the two sections and next to the utility area beside where he parked. He could not have found a parking space closer to that door if he tried. As you can see, his Ar-15 was found right beside the door where he apparently dropped it upon leaving the theater. The blood makes it clear that was the exit to the theater where the massacre took place.

So if he did indeed drop his primary weapon at the door when he left, how did the cops know he was the assailant? It's possible he was still carrying the shotgun and wearing the body armor and the gas mask, but that seems to be contradicted by other photos with one VERY interesting piece of evidence…

Notice where the gas mask location is, at the end of the building. That's VERY important…

When I first started researching this article, I was consumed by the question of locating the security cameras covering this business's parking and access areas. I had wondered why there has been literally no discussion of the security camera footage from that night.

What I found may be more damning than I could have imagined: yes there are security cameras mounted on the building on the front and apparently on the back shooting down the length of the rear of the building and if someone were walking down that sidewalk after leaving that exit, then their face would be clearly visible on that camera because they would have been walking directly toward it.

So, if an assailant were to leave the theater via that exit and head in that direction, then obviously he would want to leave his mask on until he was out of the viewable area of the camera.

As it turns out, the gas mask seems to have been dropped directly under the camera itself.

But why head in that direction? Because it is the closest access to the main road right next to the theater and a waiting vehicle and escape. It wouldn't do to try to blend in with the crowd because the police may detain witnesses and start asking questions they might not want to answer. Plus then there would be a record of the individual on site and that might not be good in the future. The best bet would be to get off property as soon as possible and that exit path provides the fastest way to do that.

Is it possible that James Holmes was set up? Think about this:

James Holmes goes out Tuesday night drinking and someone doses him. They do it early Wed morning so they have time in his apartment to set up those elaborate traps (how would James have known how to construct those anyway?)
They keep him drugged and off the radar till Thursday night when they go to the theater. They make sure to park in that spot, right next to the exit of the theater.
The assailant goes in, fakes the phone call, comes out, goes to the car where James is still drugged, gets the gear on, goes in and attacks the innocent civilians.
Then the assailant comes out the exit door, leans against it while dropping the gun and removing almost all of his gear with the exception of the mask.
He runs past the car dropping the gear next to it in a heap, opens the door with James inside, tosses the guns into the car, the shotgun has been there all along, and goes straight down the length of the building toward the corner, toward the camera, drops his mask directly under the camera, and heads off to the nearby street where a car is waiting (cruising slowly) to pick him up.
Holmes is reported to have been "meek" when arrested. This might also explain why he wasn't shot by police… he was incapacitated, incoherent, or generally not a threat.
Holmes, who is being held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous "Joker" persona after his arrival, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News."He thinks he's acting in a movie," a prison employee told the Daily News.

There is no way of telling if this is actually what happened but we have to take all of the evidence, including the physical evidence into consideration and part of that evidence is the apparent lack of anyone talking about the security camera videos. Those cameras on the front of the building should show James Holmes entering the building at the very least so where are they?

And what other explanation is there for that gas mask to be located so far from the rest of the equipment and James and his car? Clearly the police didn't carry it down there and drop it on the ground for the fun of it?

I am still searching for more pictures of the rear of that building and specifically anything that shows the roof section where I think that camera is.

While it is possible that Holmes did this, it is also possible that the same thing happened here that happened at the recent Kandahar Massacre where a man was drugged and set up for an atrocity he had nothing to do with. Considering the nature of the world we live in, I think it would be irresponsible for me not to report this information as I found it and to not question the "official story" of the "crazed lone gunman" that we see over and over again especially when unpopular landmark legislation is waiting in the wings.

Billionaire New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is using this tragedy to push for stricter gun control laws. I wonder if he is one of the financial elites who have just been outed for hording 32 trillion dollars in off shore accounts? Can you imagine why someone like him would want to disarm the citizens of this country?

UPDATE 2: Washington Post map of Aurora crime scene. Also of note: at that site, they state that Holmes left the theater just as the film started around 12 and didn't return til 12:35 as if he was deliberately waiting for the shootout scene. Why would he do that? Because the gunshots wouldn't be heard in the other theaters running the late night showing of the same movie. Then he is out the door and the first 911 calls at 12:39. 90 seconds later they just happen to find James hanging out next to his car in the back and take him into custody. According to the Washington Post timeline, the shooting only took between 60 and 90 seconds that leaves plenty of time for an assailant to go out the back, ditch the gear, and run the length of the building before the cops were even called. The timeline is below the photo…

Notice the Washington Post photo puts the gas mask even farther down the path to the nearby street than I did.

Washington Post timeline of events:

Around midnight The screening began. Holmes allegedly approached an emergency exit to the right of the screen, propped open the door and geared up.
Around 12:35 a.m. Dressed in black SWAT gear, Holmes allegedly came back through the door, hurled two canisters of an unknown gas and opened fire on the audience. He allegedly walked up the aisle, firing as he went. The shots lasted 60-90 seconds. The bullets pierced the wall of Theater 8 next door.
12:39 a.m. Police began receiving emergency calls.
90 seconds later Officers arrived at the theater and almost immediately arrested Holmes, who was next to his white Hyundai outside a rear entrance to the theater.

UPDATE 3: Got a comment from Above Top Secret. Good site. Their readers will flush this out… they're like 4Chan in that regard (hope they don't hate 4Chan). For the record I am easily recruitable these days. But don't they already have their own Scott Creighton? Ahh… you can never have too many Scott Creightons. By LUIS MIRANDA | THE REAL AGENDA | JULY 26, 2012

In modern society, terror attacks and mass shootings are not isolated events and preparation for these kind of events is not left at random. Even though mass shootings and terror attacks real ones are very rare, the United States government continuously carries out military exercises known as drills or operations that mimic scenarios where someone or a group of people invades a town, city or government facility in order to murder people or destroy infrastructure. In recent history, the world, but especially the US has seen several examples of imaginary scenarios that became real life nightmares and all of them were preceded by a drill or military exercise that replicated such mass shooting or terror attack.

Shootings, bombs attached to buses, cars, hijacked planes and dirty bombs are just a few of the scenarios the US government trains for all over the nation and also abroad. The most significant in the 21st century was the 9/11 attacks. On 9/11, government agencies were executing a drill that was almost a carbon copy of what turned out to be the hijacking of 4 commercial airplanes that would be used as missiles against American infrastructure. Later in the decade came the London 7/7 terror attacks, where subway lines and buses were blown out by supposed terrorists. In the case of the 7/7 attacks, government agencies in Great Britain had also planned for such a type of attacks and were running a drill that resembled the terror attacks that killed 52 people.

Previous to these two attacks, there was the Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred Murrah building, which was also a scenario trained for by US government law enforcement agencies. The attack on the federal building cost the lives of 168 people and left 680 injured. As in-depth research has shown after many years of research, the Oklahoma City bombing was a false flag attack conducted by US Intelligence agencies and law enforcement in order to curb the rise of the liberty movement. That is what is exposed on the film A Noble Lie: Oklahoma City 1995, a documentary that accounts details about the attack that never saw the light of day before, and that conclusively proves that the government was involved all along.

Before Oklahoma City came the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center towers, a prelude of what would come later in 2001. Many people in the intelligence community believe that 1993 was a live drill, one of the options entertained to carry out a meaningful attack in New York City, except that this time it was done in the place where the self-inflicted terror attack would take place.

Note that there are some similarities with all terror attacks or mass shootings we've cited before and others that have happened throughout history. First, they were all trained for by authorities. Second, they all occurred the same way or close to the way law enforcement trained for. Third, the government is always the victim of such attacks or a false scenario of danger is created by the government which is later megaphoned by the media. When real shootings or terror attacks, occur the media limits itself to report it for 3 days and then forgets about it. Fourth, the government always emerges with more power, while the people always surrender more freedom.

The case of Aurora, Colorado, where a gunman entered a movie theater and shot 12 people dead is not the exception. A year before the shooting that took place a few days ago, law enforcement agencies conducted a drill that resembled much of what happened in Denver. Operation Mountain Guardian was an exercise that required police and other agencies to respond to a simulated terrorist attack that was based on the 2008 attacks in Mumbai, India, where bombs and shots went off almost simultaneously. Those attacks killed a total of 164 people. It is interesting to note that no matter how much police and intelligence agencies prepare for attacks of this nature, because they always occur and for the benefit of government, always come at times when it is more convenient.

"One of the things we have been doing is doing a lot of training around the country on how to respond to different types of terrorist potential attacks," said US Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano. "One of the scenarios we had been training across the country for is something along the lines of a Mumbai-style attack, where you have multiple shooters organized, and we had actually coincidentally just done that training in Colorado." It is not irrelevant to mention that police are looking into the possibility that more shooters were active in Aurora, as reported by some witnesses who saw more than one shooter and other people who suspect that James Holmes was let in the theater by a person who walked out the emergency exit door to speak on a cellphone. If these two caveats are confirmed to be true, the Aurora shooting will be that much closer to being a carbon copy of the Mumbai event.

Operation Mountain Guardian took place in September 2011, and was a larger scale simulation of what happened on Friday in Colorado. In the case of the drill, law enforcement trained for coordinated attacks conducted by terrorist cells. Having said that, many details are similar to the ones obtained from the outcome of the shooting in Aurora. For example, in Operation Mountain Guardian, police trained to respond to a mass casualty event, and prepared police to respond to attacks on movie theaters, schools, transport hubs, hospitals and others in the Denver metro area.

During the drill, local police, SWAT officers and emergency responders trained to help with victims of a simulated bombing and shooting during a football game. A PDF document prepared by the Denver Urban Area Security Initative, labeled as "OMG", is an executive summary of what Operation Mountain Guardian intended to achieve. Just as in the case of the terror drill conducted a year ago, the shootings in Aurora, Colorado caused the local hospital to be flooded with injured and shot people who were arriving directly from the movie theater.

Although after concluding operation Mountain Guardian police and emergency responders were awarded a "pass" for their performance in the drill, in the case of the shooting last Friday, they were not able to prevent the killing of 12 people. This is another confirmation that the government cannot protect you. Police cannot protect everyone at all times. Your security is your responsibility now more than ever. If there is one conclusion that can be safely taken out of the Aurora shooting is that no matter how much the government says it can protect us, in reality it can't. Such imaginary protection is as rare as the chance of getting killed in a terror attack or a shooting. That is why you never give up liberty in exchange for security.
