No one is questioning if Baker entered the TSBD by the front entrance. The REAL question is, WHEN did Baker enter the TSBD. Was it quickly enough to make the second floor encounter with Oswald possible?

I would imagine Baker was in a hurry to see if he could catch an assassin.


I've read your Baker - Lovelady - Shelley stuff. I find it interesting and think it raises some legitimate issues.


I would add that with all that is known about the assassination Harvey's handlers would not let him blow the whole set-up by letting him wander down to the portal.
