This thread I believe has run its course. I'm going to suggest to the other moderators that it be retired.
Personally, I can be persuaded by most every theory because the evidence is so sparse. I am persuaded it's not Billy Lovelady. With respect to DJ, I don't buy the Coat Lady theory.
After that, my imagination takes over. Since he does not appear to be reacting like everyone else to the motorcade he's gotta be something sinister. THEREFORE, he's a CIA operative stationed to make observations of things that will need "cleaning up." I like it. Sounds cool.
