That ID of Frasier peeked my interest and it's much better quality than what I got from the net.
Think you need to put this here too though, I got to page14 over there but it's not easy.

Donald, I think that's the best explanation of what Prayer Man is doing - I don't recall anyone suggesting that in the entire thread.

It looks like he's eating his lunch. It looks like he's holding something (a lunch sack?), and then it looks like he's digging into it (that could be the "buttoning" activity it looks like he might be engaged in, but I think if you look carefully you can see his hand disappear into whatever it is he's holding - at least that's the way it looks to my naked untrained eye).
