I caution you against reading too much into that, as I have before.

If it was the woman in the long coat, why would she, apparently, roll her sleeves up? Anybody know a woman who would rolls the sleeves of an outer coat up?

Have met quite a few sir who would simply remove the whole garment altogether and lay it across her/their arms, but not one yet who rolled her sleeves up in such a fashion akin to Lee Harvey Oswald standing there. There are just some things women aren't prone to doing. Yes, it's feasible they could stand to wee in the bathroom stall, but highly unlikely.

In their haste to make Billy Nolan Lovelady "Doorway Man" they made their final offer, thus placing him away from the position of Mr. Murphy's (Sean) Prayer Man... Oops!
