I just noted that Lancer has quite a lineup. And if true that they PAY speakers then that adds an interesting dimension to the mix.

They didn't pay during the years when I spoke at NIDs. I was even charged registration fees.

But I didn't complain then, and I'm not bellyaching now. I note this for the record only.

People who present at COPA, or are in any other manner affiliated, do it for the sake of the cause.

I'm sure that you're right in almost every instance.

I personally cannot think of a single person who has made money from the murder of JFK.

Of course you can. Authors on both sides (the truth and the Lone Nut lie) have made dough off this case. So too some conference promoters, booksellers, filmmakers, etc.

And let's not forget the assassins and their heirs and business partners.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I was lucky to break even on 4 videos and
an 18x24 LHO poster, which I financed myself. I got a trip to
London for a week, and $100 from Nigel Turner doing TMWKK.

I made no money from any of my conference appearances. To
the contrary, I spent hundreds of dollars preparing slide presentations
for appearances.
