You have made several good posts this week Peter. I've been spending the week reading up on new info. New to me this week - Zelikow's 1997 study group into Catastrophic Terrorism was preceded, the same year, by two earlier conference gatherings on the subject of terrorism preparation, funded by the same people who staged the later gathering, and again featuring Zelikow and many of the same participants. So Zelikow's Nov 1997 proceedings was the third time those participants had met to discuss terrorism that year. I've seen the list of attendees for each earlier meeting, and it's the usual distinctive group of neocon associates with long interconnected biographies. This info comes from a book published in 2000 by Mathew Meselson, Zelikow's CIA-linked expert into anthrax attacks.
