Was it "his" rifle? No one saw him with it. The photos are fake.

"Sniper's nest"? Oswald was down drinking a Coke.

"palm print"? Not immediately found. Likely transferred.

"He had bought the ammunition"--never proved.

"His cartridge cases"--what was found were auto; Oswald had a revolver when arrested at the Texas Theater.

In re Epstein, he is as Holmes describes their quarry to Watson in The Three Garridebs: "Touch him where we will, he is false."

Epstein just gets worse in this article. Bilge is Perrier compared to Epteinist dreck.

phil in rethinking what he says about the rifle being found it was not found within the nest it was i believe found in the far corner next to the elevator area...of the 6th.....

On the face of it, he seems to make an airtight case: LHO dunnit all by himself, although someone may have been pulling his strings. On the other hand, aren’t we told frequently that LHO was such a pathetic, useless loser that he would be the last person anyone would trust to assassinate a president?

For someone as intelligent and knowledgeable as Epstein to come up with this whitewash Is about as depressing and demoralizing as it can get.within the studies....it appears he is another that may have returned and gotten stuck on the 6th floor...why who knows..money ...attention recruited ..he has now become the bottom line one of those.a bottom feeder.....if interested and you go to the huffington article there have beenlol... some replys...countering his article posted...take care b..
