Your absolutely correct. When you put this all together, there's a strong case for Oswald's innocence.
One can argue whether or not the evidence was tampered with ( I believe it was ) and one can argue who was responsible for the assassination, but when it comes to the conduct of the DPD lineups, no one can argue what was going on there.
I can't stress enough how slanting these lineups actually threatened the DPD's case against Oswald. Why would they take such a risk at having the case thrown out of court, if Oswald was guilty ?
It just doesn't make sense.
