America is obviously a CIA police state where democratic representatives in government have no power.
If you look at the three Dallas police officers holding Oswald in that picture the expression on their faces telegraphs their awareness and consternation that this man is a CIA operative and they have been overruled by powers above them. They might as well have it painted on their foreheads.
Keep in mind that those officers are from the same police force that just ushered an Oswald double out the back door of the Texas Theater and released him to CIA custody.
