A really good guy and always loyal to JG.

When Garrison was dying in 1993 and Ivon would go visit him, he would still call him "Boss".

HE also did a lot of valuable work on the case as can be seen by how many memos have his name on it.

My favorite story is the one about Herve LaMarre though that I wrote about in my book. That shows how protective Lou was of JG.

I called him a few months ago when I was finishing the book. I could tell he was not the same guy. Although I did not suspect it was this bad.
