I don't think so.
I believe that Greg is referring to the face visible at the 13-second mark -- an LHO look-alike if ever there were one. The image is visible for barely a full second, and I don't know how to isolate the particular section of the video for reproduction here.
But it is, by far, the most interesting part of what we're looking at.
