Umbrella Man was pumping his umbrella up and down. Hardly an activity that would suggest the difficult aiming of a sophisticated umbrella weapon at a moving target. They didn't need any such weapon in Dealey Plaza. The CIA wooden fence sharpshooter would take care of all that.
Commander Donaldson was an ex-Viet Nam fighter pilot and major critic of the TWA 800 shootdown.
