I asked Paula Blackmon, the mayor's chief of staff, who was in charge.

First she told me in an email it was the Dallas Police Department. When I told the police department she had told me that, a public information officer on the other end of the line sort of suggested he thought nobody could ever have told me such a thing. A bit stung, I forwarded Blackmon's email to him. Not too much later Blackmon called me and corrected herself, saying this time that the web page for the tickets was being run by an ad agency, the name of which she couldn't remember off-hand. Then she left on vacation, too.

Later, Dallas Police Chief David Brown, whom I had not called, called me up to set me straight. The ad agency runs the web page where the names are collected. Once they have a list, the police department will vet that list against major terrorism watch lists. He said DPD will not be kicking anybody out because they belong to COPA. But, of course, nobody in COPA will be on the list if the mystery ad agency has already barred them from even applying.

If the police officer in charge admitted they had no case
and the police now vetting the admittees were accessories to framing and silencing the patsy
and the only member of local law enforcement to press unrelentingly for truth was attacked and murdered
why doesn't Dallas come out of the closet and Strike Hard in the manner of Tiananmen Square June 4, 1989

Yeah, Franz Kafka on CIA MK/ULTRA LSD+ couldn't have written a more convoluted, existentially tautistic 'script'. Many of the players suspected of being involved in 9-11 access and clean-up live in the Dallas area [i.e. are ideological heirs (and through family/company/ideological allegiances) to the original coup d'etat of Dallas]. More and more they don't seem to be presenting anything about the assassination - but a celebration of the coup; making sure those who believe there was a conspiracy and coup [any Deep Political Structures] not be heard or seen - except in prison, perhaps. Sadly, the trees around DP are not very large [to climb up on], if that won't be all fenced off and guarded by ninja-turtle tactical units with weapons that can only kill - with training and mindsets to match. I expect things will turn out very badly, indeed, and that only alternative and foreign press will even cover what really happens. For the average Joe and Jane Amerikan it will be 'Kafka/Wizard of Oz/Bubba and Debbie do Dallas' [rated XXX - ethically, legally and politically OBSCENE!].
