That is a mystery Mae Brussell dealt with in detail. There are many reasons to believe they are one and the same person - however, the 'records' have been apparently changed to make that seem impossible [i.e. the two are 'recorded' as being at different places at the same time...etc.]. At other times the 'two' seem to be at the same place at the same time!.....Uncle Sam 'ain't talkin'....nor is Henry.
