QUESTION: A cogent, verbally unimpaired Robert Webster told an individual with whom I am personally acquainted and who at the time was one of his few trusted health care providers that he was married to Marina Prusakova before she married Lee/Harvey Oswald. Can Ms. Ziger definitively confirm or deny this claim and otherwise comment on it?
