It is to advantage of conspiracy believers in the murder of JFK that the Lone Nutters are pinned to such as weak state of evidence.
Again and again it is established Lee Oswald never owned the "exhibit", the paper trail of the Klein's US Postal Money Order is untenable, tracking the actions of someone in fabricating more evidence of no evidential value given a competent attorney representing Oswald.
No rifle in possession.
Proven tests by Hoover's vaunted F.B.I. of dancing In-Justice in the color of authority produce exculpatory but temporarily hidden evidence - how you ask? The aforementioned GSW paraffin test showing no GSR on Oswald's cheek.
Did not fire a rifle and in particular that carbine of junk deceptions.
By witness of the real events also covered up by the investigators show conclusively that Oswald could not have been on the correct floor at the time of the murder. Barry Ernest's book establishes this as fact.
As Carlos Hathcock said in my presence: "Not that man, not that weapon, not from there..."
Now the evidence is proving his opinion closer to the truth than the Fables.
As for the so-callled post mortem, often I find myself only willing to accept the Parkland and Dealy Plaza witnesses testimony as valid, so badly has the original (WC and HSCA) evidence been "screwed, blewed and tattooed".
Just like the Lone Nut "case" from Dulles to Lansdale to you with loving C.A.R.E.
