[TD]Dear Friends,

A research paper about the above subject was posted at the LewRockwell.com libertarian website on May 19, 2012. The link for the article is:

http://lewrockwell.com/orig13/horne-d1.1.1.html

As posted at LewRockwell.com, the software will allow you to click on the images of each of the four surviving NPIC Zapruder film briefing board panels (located midway through the article) and magnify them, and will also activate, and allow you to use, the many links to other references highlighted throughout the paper.

Anyone interested in learning about the U.S. government's extremely high level of interest in the Zapruder film the very weekend of President Kennedy's assassination should read this research paper. Those who remain skeptical about the Zapruder film's alteration should also read this article; you might very well change your opinion afterward. The first Zapruder film "briefing board event" at NPIC the weekend of the assassination involved [B]the unaltered film;
during the second "briefing board event," the following night, [B]an altered Zapruder film was brought to NPIC from the state-of-the-art Kodak film lab called "Hawkeyeworks," in Rochester, N.Y.---a lab which had several classified contracts with the CIA.

The key witnesses involved---Dino Brugioni and Homer McMahon of NPIC---both had impeccable credentials. Brugioni was the Chief Information Officer (the "briefing board czar"), first at the PIC (the Steuart Garage), and later at NPIC, for a total of about two and one half decades; and McMahon was the head of the NPIC Color Lab from 1960 through 1970. The high level of credibility of each witness came through loud and clear during their respective interviews. McMahon's three interviews were in 1997; and Brugioni was interviewed a total of 9 times, during 2009 and 2011. The two sets of briefing boards (2 panels each) and textual material (briefing notes for Arthur Lundahl, NPIC's Director) created by Brugioni have disappeared, "deep-sixed" by the CIA; however, one of the three sets of briefing boards (4 panels each) that McMahon assisted in creating (he made the prints, the enlargements from individual Z film frames, which were mounted on the boards by others in the graphics department), and one double-sided page of working notes he and his assistant created, have survived.

These two "briefing board events" at the CIA's National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC), commencing late at night on Saturday, November 23rd, and again well after dark the next night, on November 24th, 1963, contradict what researchers previously thought they knew about the Zapruder film's whereabouts that weekend. Furthermore, the activities of these two work crews on successive nights were hidden from each other, intentionally---for the CIA and the Secret Service were running[B]compartmentalized operations at NPIC, for reasons which my paper makes clear. Check out the evidence yourself.

I wish to publicly thank Lew Rockwell, and his webmaster Eric Garris, for posting this paper.

Allan Eaglesham has also posted my research paper, along with the 4 JPEG images of the NPIC briefing boards at the National Archives, my verbatim transcript of the one audiotaped 1997 Homer McMahon interview, and my analysis of which Zapruder frames were mounted on the NPIC briefing boards, at this link:

Thank you, Allan.
