To those who are attempting to seperate the wheat from chaff in this area I would suggest that her account would be a good candidate for the pile.

Another one who alledgedly ran into Oswald.

Regarding PM hanging around also David,
Darnell is apparently only twenty seconds plus after "the last shot", for all we know this man could have followed the cop inside simply out of curiousity, like Truly did.
Then Baker caught him spying on him, or not...
