I have no doubt it was the British military involved. And with the 75 year cover up (how can that possibly be in the 'public interest'?) it sure smells like it was too. Paddy and all the other victims are fully entitled to know what happened as are we all. In this case as he says they are not going to get any jail time because of the Good Friday amnesty so there is no reason not to speak the truth.
