Sean Murphy's research deserves more

In the "Oswald Leaving TSBD" thread at the Ed. Forum, Sean Murphy quite clearly demonstrates that PM's "stoutness" may be an optical illusion. Close examination of the photos show there was a woman standing in front of PM, on a lower step, and there is no clear definition between them; giving the impression their combined forms are one.

that is correct, you can see the woman's foot and leg standing in front of PM.

As is nearly always the case, a lack of sufficient resolution is an issue here.
