Here is the best close up you could get without distorting the imagine, as you can clearly see the eyebrows are NOT think at the ends and you can clearly see the man Sturgis' arm is around is his Watergate buddy Gonzalez. The first photo of Sturgis with his arm around Gonzalez was taken in 1962 while the second photo of Sturgis was taken in 1968, so there is a six year difference.
