Would you mind saying more about these "new banking/economic systems" back seven or eight years ago that would cause them to panic? I don't see them myself? Now? Eurasia.
BRICS Brasil - Russia - India- China - South Africa -is expanding faster than NATO. NATO is so last year. South America have their own ALBA and Mercosur economic and banking union which will likely merge with the BRICS in the not so distant future. Much of South America has done very well with new trade with Russia as a result of the sanctions. Big trade with China in South America and Africa too and they don't have to make the compromises with China that US trade enforced on these countries. Trillions of dollars. The US is fucked and can't match it.
