I don't think it unusual that no one would remember Oswald as prayer man. He didn't make much of an impression on his co workers to begin with. He kept to himself, etc. If he just stuck his head out the door as the motorcade approached no one would be looking in that corner, and as the shots rang out certainly no one would be focused there. The only person who might have noticed Oswald there, was Frazier, and there are plenty of questions about him and his testimony. Baker first statement never mentioned the 2cnd floor lunch room and Oswald per se, and he was sitting in the same room as Oswald when he made it, so I think much of what he later said as to be taken as baloney. The whole lunch room encounter was invented after the fact when it became necessary to incriminate Oswald as the lone nut.
