Oswald told Fritz he went up to the second floor lunchroom to buy a coke. Maybe these clever FBI guys are adding details to reports that matches stuff Oswald said.
PS Fritz may not have taken notes, but Hosty claims he took notes while Fritz interviewed. Would make sense that Hosty might pass tidbits to his co-workers straight from Oswald's mouth. I wouldn't trust Hosty too far, though.
