I agree with you about Harvey. And his wife was a real load of poison.

Dan Hardway was also present fro Scelso's testimony according to the transcript. I don't recall if he asked any questions (haven't read the whole thing in a while). It would be interesting to see if he recalls the exchange and what he thought of it.
