And that's a plain fact. In the words of President Evo Morales yesterday, "We're better off without the DEA...On our own we're better than with them and we've shown this in a short period of time."And there's plenty more data to underscore Evo's words than the chunk shown in this chart...
...but it's a good example. Once again the question of whether the USA is the problem or the solution regarding drugs is raised. And once again it will be totally ignored by the dumbasses up North.
