In each case the man's name had been understood to be H. O. LEE. The FBI offers travel documents in that name and the VISA as well as Hotel registry are offered as "LEE, Harvey Oswald"
How would Mexican Immigration know the man's name was actually Oswald when the original FM-11 entry is:
enough so to put him alphabetically under "O" rather than "L" ?
There's a bit more to it including the stamps which we see on the card and the story behind those.... suffice to say, I don't think there are any authentic pieces of evidence related to Mexico City...
