Best Spokespersons for the Truth for 50th Anniversary

As a very close friend of and adviser to Alycia Evica, widow of George Michael Evica and the executor of his estate, I can state with authority that the inclusion of his And We are All Mortal (AWAAM) on Morrow's site is unauthorized.

Criminal copyright infringement is taking place in this instance.

Morrow, an egomaniacal, sex-obsessed defamer of JFK and RFK, could not muster the common courtesy of asking for the Evica estate's permission to offer AWAAM on his site.

My friend John Kelin was kind enough to advise me of Morrow' criminality some months ago. I in turn informed Ms. Evica, who told me in no uncertain terms that Morrow's theft of intellectual property would not be tolerated.

There are no plans to reprint AWAAM, and my guess is that Ms. Evica, had she been asked, would have granted permission for this extraordinarily important work to be shared freely with researchers. But Morrow, in his arrogance and contempt for the rule of law, must not be rewarded for this thievery.

I do not post on the EF, so I publicly ask John Kelin if he would consider posting all of the above on the appropriate EF site as "A Message from the Evica Estate and Charles Drago."

Morrow claims he has permission to post exactly one of the books. I'm sure he has zero permission to post the others. The fact that John had to go beyond an initial email to an actual phone call to Morrow to get him to remove his book speaks very little for Morrow, who should have had the common sense and courtesy to follow John's initial, quite reasonable request, or even better, not post a link to that in-print book in the first place. (I bought PRAISE when it first came out and can't see it being a pleasant experience to read in online form simply given the length, not would it be pleasant - an understatement - to spend years writing it and watch a stranger throw copies around online in that manner). That said, with numerous OOP volumes uploaded in full to Scribd, a literal torrent of similar volumes being offered at the Concen conspiracy site, and Magda posting a list of a few hundred ebooks over on the book page of this very forum, I'm not giving much mind to the ethical considerations of reading a PDF of FORGIVE MY GRIEF given that it shows little likelihood of being republished in the near future, and the sellers asking hundreds for it on Amazon probably aren't from the Jones estate.

I know little about Morrow other than his mug shot from the Education Forum, and the fact that I had to ask him two months ago to stop sending unsolicited JFK articles to my email address. I take it Charles and others aren't fans though.

Inestimable???

Lauren,

Robert Morrow has committed crimes by publishing, without consent, copyrighted material.

Morrow is guilty of copyright infringement in the case of George Michael Evica's And We are All Mortal. I urge you and all other decent, well-intentioned readers of this post to be outraged by Morrow's behavior and to express that outrage to him in as public and humiliating a fashion as possible.

Thank you.

Anthony,

It is not illegal to re-sell books that have been purchased legally.

Charles, I never thought that it was. The buyer asking $2,397.37 for Volume 1 will have to do without my patronage for the time being though.

Thank you for buying PRAISE. You belong to the tiniest of minorities.

Not to belabor the point, but the book in question was "False Mystery," for which I served as humble editor. It's a fluke I hold the copyright. Vince Salandria didn't particularly want it.

I still have a bunch of copies in my basement, and as I told Morrow, I've probably given away more copies than I've sold. Which is my right and privilege.

Charles, I don't post to EF either.

Greg makes great presentations. Whupped up on Paul McAdams Nolan in debate .... ran the turd to silence on radio. Why does he do that which he (Nolan-McAdams) does?

Did one helluva a job in 2000 Conference in SoCal.

And Or:

Oliver Stone,
His Showtime "docu-series" Untold History of the U. S." is pretty good and positively holds a DP view of 20th and 21st Century history.

Jim

As an aside about the books and theft of intellectual properties issue. I just replaced Jim Garrison's "A Heritage of Stone" from Amazon. I paid a price 6 times the price on the dust jacket for 1970 dollars. I am not displeased.
It is a powerful book and I am glad to have it.

However I, even if I could, would not give a couple of hundred dollars for other books no matter how much I value the original author and works.

Penn Jones Jr. is one of four heroes to me and I dearly wish his original works were available at a lower cost so I too could enjoy FMG again. I spent a lot of time filling out the missing issues from the Baylor archives of "The Continuing Inquiry", but that is legal.

I am not endorsing the thefts, I am raising a bitch about prices for the 99% and or those living on fixed income far below the "federal poverty level".

It is a decision forcing one to examine the internal moral compass and make a choice. Does the fact of FMG being near impossible to find and impossible to find at reasonable cost make it proper to pursue the free downloads? I doubt it.
But I'd be lying if I did not admit temptation.

TELEPHONE CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE PRESIDENT AND J. EDGAR HOOVER November 29, 1963 1:40 p.m.

How special that Hoover tells Johnson that "Rubenstein" was "one of these egomaniacs"

Hoover describes how detectives on either side of Oswald made no move until Rubenstein had fired--hm, like Greer and Kellerman, no?

The president was hit by the first and the third shot; the second hit the governor

This telescopic lens it brings the fella you are shooting at as close as if he were sitting next to you

Fingerprints on the paper, three shells, threw the gun aside

Hoover keeps saying the fifth floor

Ticket taker saw the revolver

Police officer stopped him--had no idea who he was

Strongly pro-Castro, strongly anti-American

Seen on the fifth floor by one of the workmen (Hoover is all about the fifth)

Usually the president's car has had one or more agents on the back bumper

And so much more glorious nonsense

Johnson is gushing that Hoover is his brother and personal friend

Hoover: I certainly appreciate your confidence

Indeed, David, so much about Hoover's statement indicates he has doubts--and is poorly informed or lying--

Tague will claim the second shot and thus Specter will have to scramble to create the Magic Billiard Ball

TIPPIT MURDER

Video of 1966 Mark Lane interview of Acquilla Clemons, witness to Officer Tippit murder. Ms. Clemons was not called by the Warren Commission; had been threatened or warned by man with gun - policeman?.
Had seen two men near Tippit body, one short and heavy (reloading gun), other tall and thin. Neither one resembled Oswald.
