Why do you think the conspirators needed to alter the photos of Oswald's being killed?
I am wondering if the Oswald who was shot on TV may have been a different individual from the Oswald who said "I'm just a patsy".
The face of whomever was escorted into Jack Ruby's death trap is most out of place.
Did the conspirators swap Oswalds in DPD?
And why was the head of LHO swapped with another after burial?
These are questions I feel need further addressing.

I'm far from convinced they did - and you write your post as if it is a 'given', accepted by all, or even most. You'll have to make an argument that these events happened, presenting your evidence or reasons for believing so. I am aware of some anomalies that have been brought up over the years [no blood seen on his clothes; wound seemingly in the wrong place; apparent changes between those seen in the autopsies and exhumations of 'Oswald', etc.], but I don't currently believe and don't recall being presented with a substituted [beyond what Armstrong has posited] 'Oswald' nor a 'exchanged head' [although there has been some previous speculation of a substituted corpse or a tampered with one].
