Sean Murphy's research deserves more
If you can tell me a) how tall Frazier is and B) how high the top of the doorframe in front of which they are all standing I can give you a digital estimate of Prayer Man's height.

At 26:30 you can see Frazier standing next to his car, a 1954 Chevy Bel Air. If someone knew the approximate height of the car, you could guesstimate Frazier's height.

Nice. According to automobile catalog.com, the height of the 54 Chevy Bel Aire is 63 inches. I'll get a screen capture on that video and do a digital measurement.

Well, that didn't work because when Frazier was close to the car and in the same frame as the car, the car was far too close to the camera lens to make a good digital comparison. He didn't appear to be more than "head height" over and above the roof of the car, so AT MOST he is 6' 3." (I wonder if any intrepid researchers have uncovered his service records, there should be an accurate height in there.)

Based on a guess of Frazier at 6'3," "Prayer Man" is too short to be 5'9" Oswald, assuming "Prayer Man" is standing up. There is a notable disparity in size (more than a full head of height) between "Prayer Man" and the person pointed out as Frazier. "Prayer Man" appears to be roughly the same height (in relation to Frazier's head), that the top of the 1954 Bel Aire is (in relation to Frazier's head in the November movie), so the "Prayer Man" figure is 5" 3" or less.

Could be there's a chair or stool in that corner, or maybe "Prayer Man" is sort of perched on the railing, or doing a "wall-sit" in the corner of the wall there, either of which might explain the wider appearance of the bottom of the image, which some folks think is a dress, but might just be legs apart.

Edit: Molina previously put himself as Elbow Man in previous interviews.

It's common sense that Oswald couldn't be standing right there and no one saw him.

Bob should include a photo of Prayerman in his letter to Joe Molina jr.

It's by Fetzer, but it has a lot of photos (including one of Joe Molina):[URL="http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/02/17/jfk-who-was-in-the-book-depository-doorway/"]

So Molina put himself out by the others in the middle of the steps.

So Prayerman probably isn't him.

From the Warren Commission testimony of Joe Molina:

"Mr. BALL. Did you see Mr. Truly go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes.
Mr. BALL. Where were you when you saw him go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. I was right in the entrance.
Mr. BALL. Did you see a police officer with him?
Mr. MOLINA. I didn't see a police officer. I don't recall seeing a police officer but I did see him go inside.
Mr. BALL. Did you see a white-helmeted police officer any time there in the entrance?
Mr. MOLINA. Well, of course, there might have been one after they secured the building, you know.
Mr. BALL. No, I mean when Truly went in; did you see Truly actually go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. I saw him go in.
Mr. BALL. Where were you standing?
Mr. MOLINA. Right at the front door; right at the front door.
Mr. BALL. Outside the front door?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes, outside the front door I was standing; the door was right behind me.
Mr. BALL. Were you standing on the steps?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes, on the uppermost step."

Being right at the top of the steps, and directly in front of the door, Joe Molina most definitely did not put himself "out by the others in the middle of the steps". In fact, I am beginning to think Molina himself is a good candidate for PM.

Oddly enough, Molina, just like Frazier, somehow managed to miss a helmeted police officer running past him on the steps.
Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.

The uppermost step is right about where Elbow Man is.

I don't think that works because Elbow Man is in a different place than Prayerman in the same photo.

Also, you can see a white shirt and black tie on Elbow Man. Exactly what Molina was wearing that day.

Prayerman is too stout to be Oswald. He's also much shorter than the 3 inch difference between Frazier and Oswald. There's too many non-Depository people headed towards the front door to be brought in on some kind of silencing. It is asking to suspend disbelief too much to say Oswald was standing right there and everyone stayed quiet.

From reading EF I've realized Prayer Man is standing on the first step down from the landing meaning he is much taller than previously thought. Perspective makes him look like he's in the corner against the wall and glass of the front entrance but he isn't.

Could Prayer Man be Lloyd Viles?
