There's no visible firing mechanism on the umbrella.

The angle is way off for an entry wound centered in the throat from that position.

If those huge fins on the sample flechette passed through Kennedy's throat they would have left a crosshair pattern in Kennedy's neck.

Yes, if Umbrella Man was involved in the conspiracy, it was only to signal to the shooters that JFK was still alive and more shots were required.

FWIW, I have always had my doubts about the possibly of an object fired from the umbrella, and believe if TUM was involved in the JFK murder, it was as a signaler. But, I do wonder if the signal was because the limo had slowed, with the help of DCM, to slow or stop the target for a fatal strike. Although, it is quite possible an earlier shot was meant to kill but missed, and DCM and TUM, if involved, were for additional shooters as needed. I know that a Mr Witt said he was TUM, and gave an innocent reason for the umbrella, but I don't recall any positive identification regarding DCM. JMO.

Witt was NOT TUM.....not a chance! He was a plant to deflect from the real two there. Don't buy that snake oil! DSM was, IMHO, Felipe Vidal Santiago. I have a good idea who TUM was, but that is a bit less nailed down than DSM. NOT Witt....who had no reason to be and no connections to be with DSM.

Orlando Bosch is my candidate for the Dark Complected Man.

Obviously the plotters intended to kill JFK with one shot fired from the rear (probably the Dal-Tex Bldg). If that had happened, it would have been very easy to sell the lone gunman story to everyone.

Look how long the Martin Luther King story held up - a fake sniper's nest in the building, the real shooter in the bushes nearby. One shot, one kill. But shooting at a stationary target is much easier. As it is, MLK apparently turned at the last second, which is why he was hit in the jaw instead of the head. There again, you had spotters nearby (apparently Merrell McCullough, and Army Intelligence on a nearby roof) to verify whether the wound was fatal.

Glad to see more footage of Billo. He's a bit noncommittal in this piece but this taken with his work at Inside Edition demonstrates just how much he did know about a real conspiracy.
It makes me ill that his lying book Killing Kennedy is a best seller. Lies and liars profit in the U$A.

Not necessarily. Dark Complected Man could have been part of a second plot involving Cubans of some sort. Even Umbrella Man could have possibly been a dupe if shots from the front couldn't be hidden. You could make Oswald a Lone Nut or you could make him part of a commie conspiracy.

A man pumping an umbrella would take people's eyes off the fence line.
