Isn't threatening Ferre with a gun to his head saying he was going to be killed serious? And, the government knew it, but did nothing. I'm willing to bet that my father could have killed Ferre right in-front of the White House, and after the president knew what my father had he would have given my father a presidential pardon. I always wondered why he didn't receive a his pardons when he asked, because of what he had, then I remembered because the government was working on a plan to retrieve the photos, imagine had my father received his pardons, boy there'd be a lot of questions right?

A person who has committed a felony is a felon, and upon conviction of a felony in a court of law is known as a convicted felon or a convict. In the United States, where the felony/misdemeanor distinction is still widely applied, the federal government defines a felony as a crime punishable by death or imprisonment in excess of one year. If punishable by exactly one year or less, it is classified as a misdemeanor.

But, Edwin Kaiser spent a night in jail for a felony charge, can anyone explain that?

I kinda like posting now, because I can talk, and you can shut up and listen. May be, another 100 or so posts from me might get you to think? I don't think so, see, I don't give a shit if you believe me or not, like I'm sure you don't care if I believe your stories. Here's the thing, I got to tell my father's story whether you like it or not, and that's all that matters to me right?

I remember once coming home from school telling my dad about a fight I got into, he asked how it got started and so I told him wanting to blame the other guy for starting it, but... I know who I am, and I know I have a big mouth, my father said to me, "it's not a matter of whether the other kid likes you or not, or if they believe you."

He said a lot more, nothing I need to get myself into, however, the moral of my story is this. May be, I should ask myself, is it enough to be liked in order to be believed? Nah....

Kinda funny how a few researchers have said that Jose de la Torriente was shot and killed while watching TV. That some sniper shot through his Living-room window and killed him, and everyone believes these researchers. Well, I don't know if anyone ever challenged those statements, let me be the first to tell you that's bullshit! If you want to know how he really died, read what I gave you, almost everything contradicts what most researchers have put up, and you'll find that the information I'm giving you is straight up, not bullshit.

The exact words are "On April 12, 1974, while TORRIENTE was watching evening TV in the living room of his home, he was shot and killed by someone firing through the window of his house."

I'll be the first to tell you that is NOT true, and that is NOT how he was killed. Do you care? Probably not, do you want the truth, sure, why not, then read my free link, it's all there everything, for free, the whole truth.

I know who killed Torriente, and Knuth, and Vera and may be Pawley and I have a real good idea as to who killed many others, Bugliosi said all he needed to do was convince a jury that Charles Manson was apart of his crimes by convincing the jury of all the circumstantial evidence because that's all he had on Manson, nothing concrete, yet, he was able to prove his case.

I believe, I do too! Prove my case that is. The publisher said and I quote, "May be Scott isn't sure himself," yes.... I am, do you understand that? I do know... I know a hell of a lot more than you think I do Dawn, just because I'm not a student of what? An assassination and count how many peanuts were packed in Oswald's shit the day the world convicted him when my father already knew he was innocent, are you serious? All I'm doing is proving my circumstantial case, and, that's all I need to do.

Wanta know something else? I'm pretty sure had Frank not gotten to my father first my father would have gotten to Frank, it really was as far as Frank could go. I know that my father had to sacrifice himself for his family, Frank didn't have a family, no kids but his stepdaughter who later came into Frank's life. Frank had no one, my father did, so.... My father gave up his life for his family, and Frank got the photos back how about that????

That's the truth!

The post above this post has got to be the most powerful post of all, why? I said my father [had] to... Some may ask, why do you think he had to, I'd say stupid really is as stupid asks.

Everyone says there are no stupid questions, I'd argue that too!

Now, I know the reason for my father opening up to me on the day he was kill, there's always a reason for everything in life, I'm certain my father knew what was going to happen that day, and I was right when I said the trauma of loosing my father at an early age outweighed the information he shared.

This isn't just some story like, I had a girlfriend, and we were seen together riding the bus, and my girlfriend and I went to dinner with other couples, and my girlfriend told me so many things that I knew she was trying to stop the assassination, in-fact, she threw some firecrackers out the sixth floor window to try and warn the president... Whatever!

My shit's real!

BTW... when she said Oswald was in Mexico, I knew, I couldn't believe anything she was telling me anymore, and I was suppose to swallow what she said? No fucking way! Sorry, I'm just being myself. And, to clear things up, just because I may cuss every now and than doesn't mean I don't love the Lord, doesn't mean I'm going to hell. My only judge is God and NOTHING or NO ONE ELSE! I knew for a fact, let me say that again, for a FACT Oswald was NOT in Mexico. How do I know? Some folks have already said that everything I'm being told by anti-Castro Cubans is all BS right Mr. Parker, because you say so, let me just say this for clarification. Before they would tell you or anyone else in the research community the truth, well, lets just say, you'd most likely be the person they'd lie to, me on the other hand...

In-fact, they all know, whomever I spoke to knows they could trust me not to get any living person into trouble, and that's the truth. Even if I was told by anyone in the community as to who killed Kennedy, I'm not here to get anyone into trouble, I told Luis Posada that too, but, I will find away to share the truth, while not being so direct, and that was a promise I made to everyone and anyone I spoke to, so you see, to say may be "I'm not sure" is crazy. Tell me, what does he know that I know, or don't know? You know?
