Interviews with female CIA employees, who joined the "lower ranks" in the 1960s and 70s, reveal the sexism they endured. Just goes to show how women back then were also honorably abused by the agency. First off, women would not be grated "classified" clearance, nor would they be allowed to type up information containing the following classifications, eyes only, secret, top secret or sensitive information. Why? Because women were known to talk, now that statement may get me into trouble with some, but it's true. My father also had the same operation going on at his office where he would have a woman type up information that he otherwise would keep track of operations that may not have been hot information just in-case it were to leak back into the Cuban community, no big deal. But, if he wanted information for his eyes and ears only he would secretly record it. Observer the document attached.
