No, I don't know when the book will be out. I'll ask the next time I email her. I really haven't been made privy to what evidence or information she claims to have found. She did imply that she didn't think that 'champions' of Darby would be greatly upset by her 'revisionist' history of that event....whatever that will mean in practice.....we'll have to wait and see.

The Committee was not only watched and thwarted by the CIA, it was riddled with them and they selected members, vetted who could be interviewed and about what/when, edited the reports and lied their eyes out. They must have celebrated another JFK op well done when it was all over......::fury::

Sounds like Breckenridge and Leap were two CIA HSCA hackers. Tanenbaum made a mistake. He shouldn't have quit because even with the fatal compromise his talents were needed to correctly document it.
Weren't Walt Brown and Barr McClellan working together to obtain Darby's print comparison?

Walt was brought in by Richard Bartholomew after the print comparisons were already done. J wanted someone "known" in the research community to do the 5/29/98 press conference in Dallas and I believe RB subscribed to Walt's journal at the time and knew of all Walt's books, so Richard called Walt and the intro was made. Walt also spent HOURS on the phone with Barr and his publisher trying to correct all the errors in Barr's book. To no avail. The corrections were not made. So Walt withdrew his support for the book, smartly, imho.
J and Walt were friends before the press conference at the museum. I discussed the arrangements with J first and then Walt. Barr left us all out to dry by not showing up. Both Walt and J were livid. I held several press conferences over the years at the museum and had a decent relationship with the news media. We had a several local TV stations, DMN and AP for the event. I had a difficult time getting news coverage after the farce. Richard Belzer attracted good coverage on two occasions afterwards.

Isn't this a picture of Walt Brown presenting Darby's work in a press conference?
Is he saying now he knew all along that Darby wasn't certified? Or that he didn't bother to check Darby's credentials? Heckuva good research skills...

Yes, that is Walt at the News Conference. I personally do not know what he is saying now. He trusted J very much so whatever J told him would have been his opinion at the News Conference.
