I, too, have wondered about this.

It's gruesome, I know, but I've been searching for forensic insights and photos of head shots with the 7.62 AK 47 rifle. There just isn't any real info out there - and no pictures I can find that would say anything meaningful, so my efforts remain entirely inconclusive. But I would expect there to have been blood splatter from the entry wound, if not the exit wound. And at that close range I think an exit wound would've been seen, but I could easily be wrong on both counts.

It would depend on where and how he was shot. The bullet may not have hit any arteries. Head on concrete may be preventing blood flow out. Body in photos may not have been there long time.

An excellent question.

We learned this morning, a Limoges SRPJ Commissioner has committed suicide last night in his office with his service weapon. Information confirmed by his superiors. It is unknown at this time the reasons for his actions.

He would have killed himself that night to 1 hour.

Commissioner Helric Fredou aged 45 was from Limoges began his career in 1997 as a police officer at the regional office of the judicial police of Versailles, before returning to Limoges. He was deputy director of the regional police service since 2012. His father was a former police officer, his mother was a nurse in the emergency context CHU Limoges. He was single and had no children.

According to the police union commissioner was depressed and experiencing burn out.

In November 2013, the Commissioner Fredou had discovered the lifeless body of his colleague, number 3 of SRPJ Limoges who had also committed suicide with his service weapon in his office. It was also 44 years.

The Fredou Commissioner, like all agents SRPJ worked yesterday on the case of the massacre at the headquarters of Charlie Hebdo. In particular, he surveyed the family of one of the victims. He killed himself before completing its report.

A psychological cell was set up in the police station.

Not only are there no photos of videos released of that shoot out....there seems to be a false story put out by the police that the brothers started the shooting, when it is almost sure that the Police started it with flash-bang grenades and an attack. Also missing are any details of how many shots, how many police, nature of fatal wounds, etc...it is almost as though it never really happened. It could just be a different style of reporting by the French than I'm used to in the USA, but sense it is more. In fact, we have NO idea who was in that warehouse - haven't even seen covered bodies being removed. Will the autopsy reports be released? I'm beginning to doubt it. The same is true for the Kosher Grocery shootout.

While I hope there will be no violent incidents in today's marches [estimated to number up to 2.000.000 persons!, I fear for it!

Police are still hunting the girlfriend of Amedy Coulibaly after the gunman was killed during the violent end of the siege of a Jewish grocery shop in Paris, in which he killed four hostages.

The whereabouts of Hayat Boumeddiene are unknown after police named her as an "armed and dangerous" suspect. She was reported to be Coulibaly's accomplice during the shooting of a female police officer on Thursday.
There are conflicting reports in French media that Boumeddiene may have fled to Syria via Turkey even before the attacks took place. She had a ticket to Istanbul for 2 January and was due to arrive in Syria on Thursday, Le Monde reports.
A Turkish intelligence offical has now come forward to say that he believes Boumeddiene has travelled to Syria, saying she flew to Istanbul on 2 January.
The official said the woman resembled a widely distributed photo of the woman, Hayat Boumeddiene. Turkish authorities believe she travelled to the Turkish city of Sanliurfa near the Syrian border on 4 January. The official said "she then disappeared."
Boumeddiene is believed to be of Algerian descent but changed her name to make it appear more French and reportedly worked as a cashier before being radicalised.
[Image: Hayat-Boumedienne.jpg]The 26-year-old is believed to have been in a relationship with Amedy Coulibaly since 2010She and Coulibaly are believed to have married in a religious ceremony in 2009, which is not recognised in French law.
The 26-year-old reportedly lived in his apartment while he was in prison for his part in a plot to help Paris metro bomber Smain Ait Ali Belkacem escape.

During that time, he is believed to have met Cherif Kouachi. Both men and possibly Boumeddiene were avid followers of extremist Djamel Beghal.
According to Le Monde, Boumeddiene said she and Coulibaly practised firing crossbows together in the countryside while on holiday visiting Beghal, who claims to have met Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan to plan a suicide bombing.

Beghal, a convicted terrorist who was once based at London's Finsbury Park mosque, was jailed for plotting to bomb the American embassy in Paris and mentored Coulibaly and Cherif Kouachi, according to Le Monde.
[Image: Djamel-Beghal.jpg]Djamel Beghal is said to have had huge influence on a close-knit group of disaffected young MuslimsHe allegedly set up a suspected jihadist training camp in Cantal, a mountainous area of central France, where he was visited by Boumeddiene, Coulibaly and others.
Boumeddiene was previously interviewed by French anti-terror police in 2010, it was reported, but it was unclear whether any action was taken against her.
During interrogation, she reportedly said she was inspired by her boyfriend and radicals she lived with to "read a lot of books on religion".

After her lover's release from prison, they couple lived in the southern Paris suburb of Bagneux, where neighbours knew them as quiet, religious and "normal".

They had exchanged about 500 phone calls with the companion of one of the Kouachi brothers during 2014, it has emerged.
The attack on the supermarket was carefully co-ordinated with the Charlie Hebdo massacre and the suspects' subsequent escape, police said.

Was the "armed and dangerous" tag because of the crossbow?

Arsonists have firebombed the offices of a German newspaper which printed cartoons from the French magazine Charlie Hebdo, police in Hamburg said.

The Hamburger Morgenpost had, like many German media outlets, published images from the satirical weekly in the aftermath of a terror attack that saw 10 of its journalists killed on Wednesday.
Police said rocks were thrown through the cellar windows of the building in the early hours of Sunday morning, followed by an "incendiary device".

In an article on its website on Sunday, the newspaper said it was "too soon" to determine whether there was a link between the arson attempt and the attacks in Paris on Wednesday.
"Thick smoke is still hanging in the air, the police are looking for clues," it said.
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of carrying out the attack after they were seen behaving in "an unusual manner" near the scene of the crime, according to a spokesperson for Hamburg police.

Speaking in the city, the German Chancellor said: "We have made clear that the events in France, this barbaric terrorist act, are a challenge for all of us, for the values that we advocate, to fight for them."
She called on people to be clear on the differences between Islam and religious fanaticism, and said that she would be joining world leaders in taking part in a silent march in Paris on Sunday.

Amedy Coulibaly now is shown in a long [apparently very recent] video reading a statement of his fidelity to ISIL [complete with ISIL flag behind him]. Others have already questioned the authenticity of the video. I've seen it, but it was without the voice...but I'm sure by now it is online with translation and voice.

This screengrab taken on January 11, 2015 from a video released on Islamist social networks shows a man allegedly claiming to be Amedy Coulibaly, who is suspected of killing a policewoman in Montrouge on January 8 and four hostages after seizing a Kosher supermarket in Paris on January 9, 2015. AFP Photo

A man resembling Amedy Coulibaly, who shot a policewoman and took hostages at a Jewish supermarket in the Paris attacks, claimed to be a member of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in a posthumous video released online on Jan. 11.

Speaking into the camera, the man says he coordinated with the two gunmen who attacked the Charlie Hebdo magazine on Wednesday, killing 12.

"I am addressing myself first of all to the Caliph of Muslims Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi," he says, referring to the leader of ISIL.

"I have declared allegiance to the Caliph," he says in broken, stuttering Arabic, wearing Islamic white dress and headgear.

A text that runs at the start of the video says the man is Coulibaly, and that he was responsible for the killing of a policewoman in southern Paris on Thursday and the attack on the supermarket the following day, as well as a car blown up in aParis street that authorities have not so far linked to the attacks.

"The brothers of our team, they did Charlie Hebdo," the man says.

"I also went out a bit against the police so that it has more impact. We managed to synchronise to come out at the same time," he says, wearing a camouflage army vest in this section.

"What we have done is completely legitimate given what they have done. If you attack the caliphate, we will attack you."

The video starts with shots of the man doing press-ups in sports gear. An automatic rifle leans against the wall beside him in a later section.

Al Jazeera's website seems to have the entire video with translation.

Charlie Hebdo and Tsarnaev's Trial: Cui bono?

Paul Craig Roberts

UPDATE: Well known writers Thierry Meyssan and Kevin Barrett see the "terrorist" attach on Charlie Hebdo as a false flag attack. See http://www.voltairenet.org/article186441.html and http://presstv.com/Detail/2015/01/10/392...false-flag

Update: According to news reports, one of the accused in the attack on Charlie Hebdo when hearing
that he was being sought for the crime turned himself in to police with an ironclad alibi.
https://www.intellihub.com/18-year-old-c...ims-alibi/

UPDATE: According to news reports, police found the ID of Said Kouachi at the scene of the Charlie Hebdo shooting. Does this sound familiar? Remember, authorities claimed to have found the undamaged passport of one of the alleged 9/11 hijackers among the massive pulverized ruins of the twin towers. Once the authorities discover that the stupid Western peoples will believe any transparent lie, the authorities use the lie again and again. The police claim to have discovered a dropped ID is a sure indication that the attack on Charlie Hebdo was an inside job and that people identified by NSA as hostile to the Western wars against Muslims are going to be framed for an inside job designed to pull France firmly back under Washington's thumb. http://www.wfmz.com/shooting-at-french-s...e/30571524

There are two ways to look at the alleged terrorist attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

One is that in the English speaking world, or much of it, the satire would have been regarded as "hate speech," and the satirists arrested. But in France Muslims are excluded from the privileged category, took offense at the satire, and retaliated.

Why would Muslims bother? By now Muslims must be accustomed to Western hypocrisy and double standards. Little doubt that Muslims are angry that they do not enjoy the protections other minorities receive, but why retaliate for satire but not for France's participation in Washington's wars against Muslims in which hundreds of thousands have died? Isn't being killed more serious than being satirized?

Another way of seeing the attack is as an attack designed to shore up France's vassal status to Washington. The suspects can be both guilty and patsies. Just remember all the terrorist plots created by the FBI that served to make the terrorism threat real to Americans. http://reason.com/blog/2014/07/22/human-...high-profi

France is suffering from the Washington-imposed sanctions against Russia. Shipyards are impacted from being unable to deliver Russian orders due to France's vassalage status to Washington, and other aspects of the French economy are being adversely impacted by sanctions that Washington forced its NATO puppet states to apply to Russia.

This week the French president said that the sanctions against Russia should end (so did the German vice-chancellor).

This is too much foreign policy independence on France's part for Washington. Has Washington resurrected "Operation Gladio," which consisted of CIA bombing attacks against Europeans during the post-WW II era that Washington blamed on communists and used to destroy communist influence in European elections? Just as the world was led to believe that communists were behind Operation Gladio's terrorist attacks, Muslims are blamed for the attacks on the French satirical magazine.

The Roman question is always: Who benefits? The answer is: Not France, not Muslims, but US world hegemony. US hegemony over the world is what the CIA supports. US world hegemony is the neoconservative-imposed foreign policy of the US.

According to National Public Radio, Charlie Hebdo is about free speech. The US has free speech, claim NPR's pundits, but terrorists have taken it away from the French.

Just how does the US have free speech when NY Times reporter James Risen was psychologically put on the rack to force him to reveal his source, despite the fact that Risen and his source are protected by the US Constitution and whistleblower protections. Clearly, in the US "national security" has trumped everything else.

"National security" has nothing to do with national security. It has only to do with protecting the criminals in the US government from accountability for their crimes. Every time you hear Washington invoke "national security," you know for a 100% fact that the government has committed yet another crime. National security is the cloak for Washington's criminal operations. "National security" prevents the government's crimes from coming to light and, thereby, protects government from accountability.

One wonders what role "national security" will play in the trial of alleged Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Tsarnaev has been in custody since April 2013 and under indictment since April 22, 2013. Yet jury selection is only now beginning in January 2015. Why this long delay? The guarantee of a speedy trial no longer means anything, but with all sorts of charges in addition to the bombing for which the government claims eye witnesses and confessions and with the Tsarnaev brothers already convicted in the media, the long delay is a puzzle. Yet, we have not heard from Dzhokhar Tsarnaey himself. It is difficult to push away the thought that Dzhokhar's trial has been delayed in order to compete his conditioning and acceptance of his guilt and in order for the many questions raised by alternative media to be forgotten.

The print and TV media have dished up the government's explanation without investigation. However, the alternative media have taken great exception to every aspect of the case. As the US government has taught us since the Clinton regime, the safest assumption is that everything the government says is a lie.

The most suspicious aspect of the event was the speed with which an army of 10,000 heavily armed troops consisting of police from various jurisdictions and National Guard soldiers outfitted in military gear and provided with tanks or armored personnel carriers were on the streets of Boston. Never before has such a massive force equipped with military heavy equipment been employed in a manhunt, much less for one wounded, unarmed, 19-year old kid.

For such a force to be assembled and deployed so quickly suggests pre-planning. What was presented as a manhunt for one badly wounded suspect looks more like a test case and precedent for locking down one of America's largest cities, while squads of troops evicted US citizens from their homes at gunpoint and conducted indiscriminate searches of houses that contributed nothing to apprehending the alleged suspect. The chances are zero that any household would have harbored a badly wounded unarmed fugitive dying from the lack of medical care.

Not only was Boston and its suburbs locked down, the Federal Aviation Administration restricted airspace over Boston and issued a "ground stop" for Logan airport. Why?

Several other cities in Massachusetts and even some other states put their police forces on alert. Why?

On the scene were the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, the CIA, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the National Counterterrorism Center. The US Attorney General committed the full resources of the US Department of Justice.
Why?

The only plausible answer is to raise the fear level in order to gain the public's acceptance of the lockdown of Boston and police invasions of citizens' homes. It makes no sense that danger from a badly wounded unarmed 19 year-old could possibly justify such expense and trampling of constitutional rights of citizens.

A non-gullible person must wonder if the bombing was an orchestrated event for the purpose of coordinating state, local, and federal governments in the lockdown of a major city. A poll of Bostonians last July found that 42 percent harbored doubts about the official version of events. http://www.globalresearch.ca/four-in-ten...nt/5390848

The gullible always say that if a conspiracy existed someone would have talked. But people do talk. It just doesn't do any good. For example, during George W. Bush's first term a NSA whistleblower leaked to the New York Times that the NSA was bypassing the FISA Court and spying on American citizens without warrants. Under US law, NSA was in a conspiracy with the Bush regime to commit serious felonies (possibly for the purpose of blackmail), but the New York Times spiked the story for one year until George W. Bush was re-elected and the regime had time to ex post facto legalize the felonies.

Operation Gladio was a conspiracy kept secret for decades until a President of Italy revealed it.

The Northwoods Project was kept secret until years afterward when the second Kennedy Commission revealed it.

More than one hundred first responder police and firemen report hearing and personally experiencing multiple explosions floor by floor and even in the sub-basements of the World Trade Center twin towers, and these testimonies had no effect whatsoever.

It only took one high school physics professor to shoot down NIST's account of the collapse of WTC 7. The fact that it has been conclusively proven that this building was brought down by controlled demolition has had no effect on the official story.

The co-chairmen and legal counsel of the 9/11 Commission published books in which they say that information was withheld from the Commission, that the US Military lied to the Commission, and that the Commission "was set up to fail." Neither Congress, the media, nor the US public had any interest in investigating why information was withheld, why the military lied, and why the Commission was set up to fail. These extraordinary statements by the leaders of the official investigation had no impact whatsoever.

Even today a majority of the US population believes Washington's propaganda that Russia invaded Ukraine and annexed some provinces. Neither judgement nor intelligence are strongpoints of the American public and juries.

Government tells Americans whatever story the government puts together and sits and laughs at the gullibility of the public.

Today the US public is divided between those who rely on the "mainstream media" and those who rely on the alternative Internet media. Only the latter have any clue as to what is really happening.

The stories of Charlie Hebdo and the Tsarnaev brothers will be based not on facts but on the interests of government. As in the past, the government's interest will prevail over the facts.

The report of the Police commissioner's suicide is very interesting, but some important information is missing or not yet reported. It seems he had sent some kind of team to do a report on some aspect of the CH murders and he shot himself hours after they reported back to him. It would be essential to know what their mandate was and what they reported....it is hard to imagine he committed suicide only because the 'news' was 'depressing'....but at the same time, it is hard to jump to a more conspiratorial conclusion until we know those factors. He was known to have been depressive, but I assume that was in/about his own life - perhaps work. I have noted, as have others, a LOT of the details about what happened and what the police and intelligence in France MUST know at this point has NOT been made public....here apparently is another. Not a complete list at all, but a few missing pieces of the puzzle:

- is it true, as reported, that the Police had NOT visited the brother's flat 24 hours after the attack; and that neighbors had previous to the attack and found large amounts of weapons - but agreed not to tell the police under threat?

- who are the others killed? We don't have names to some.

- there is no positive identification if those gunmen killed in the firefight were the same as those named as being the gunmen; nor are even the most cursory information of how many shots killed them, etc.

- there are various rumors of these men having been under control or having some relationship with al Quaeda persons and/or Western intelligence persons - but these links are not clear and only the alternative media seems to be looking into this, to my knowledge.

- why did the Police report the missing woman in the car that shot the policewoman, and then it turns out reported she left on Jan 2 for Istanbul and then Syria?

- almost no where do I find anyone talking about France's role in Algeria. This is so very important here, along with the fact that much of the Muslim population in France is a 'forgotten, marginalized, and often outcast' group in French society.

- is the recent video 'real', and if so, or if not, what are the implications.

- why are the details of what happened and the intelligence failures [if as now leaked these persons all were on intelligence 'radar'] not forthcoming - in detail and in explanation. I really doubt there will be some kind of full investigation - and would have to question if there were one, if it would be objective and telling the full truths.
