I've been in some discussions arguments on the various JFK Facbook pages and I've noticed our community's tendency to get lost in the minutia.
Jim DiEugenio has made many great arguments at ctka, but they are complex for the average attention span of a modern human being.
So, what is your simple argument?
Mine would be that Ford moved JFK's back wound to make the SBT work. Therefore it doesn't work, hence conspiracy.

The brain evidence is short, sweet, simple proof of conspiracy.
As is the flagrantly obvious ways deniers try to avoid it.

The simplest evidence of a conspiracy is that Dallas PD officers, and a couple civilians, made affidavits (testified?) that there were people brandishing Secret Service credentials on the Grassy Knoll in the first seconds after the shooting. The Secret Service has denied anyone on the ground in Dealy Plaza.
If the cops and the SS are telling the truth, there was a conspiracy of individuals with fake SS credentials whose only purpose could have been to facilitate an escape from the scene. If the SS is lying, you have a conspiracy to obstruct justice. If the DPD is lying, you have a conspiracy to obstruct justice and/or implicate the SS.
Any way you parse that, you have some sort of conspiracy at work in Dealy Plaza acting in pursuit of its purpose before the shots have finished reverberating from the buildings.

All of the Parkland doctors and nurses who witnessed a big blowout in the right rear of Kennedy's head, clearly indicating a shot from the front. Hole in the back of Kennedy's Jacket, indicating shot from rear. = multiple shooters, hence conspiracy. 2+2=4
When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

As nit-picky as this sounds, multiple shooters doesn't necessarily mean conspiracy. It beggars common sense to imagine 2 lone nuts in Dealy Plaza that aren't working together, but still. There are many more improbable aspects to this assassination.

In one frame of my visual essay, we depict the following:
Wrong Bullet
Wrong Rilfe
Wrong brain
Some case eh?

The intention jamming of the primary police communications radio channel immediately before, during and after the assassination is my strongest evidence of a conspiracy.

They tried to get away with a 1500 gram above average weight, mostly intact brain when all the evidence pointed to a large percentage of Kennedy's brain being splattered in Dealey Plaza. Realizing they couldn't get away with it they then unaccountably ditched the brain and used a dead RFK as an excuse. Try getting away with that if the tables were turned.

At the autopsy, the removal of JFK's lungs, prior to x-ray technician Jerrol Custer entering the autopsy room and taking chest x-rays. This effectively hid any evidence of the bullet that entered the top of JFK's right lung and ultimately induced a tension pneumothorax in that lung. The symptoms of this condition were observed by Parkland surgeons and the condition was treated as part of the attempted resuscitation.
Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.
