This evidence just caused Parker to cave and abandon his Driver's License application claim. This is good because it pretty much opens up a clear lane to the Driver's License being used by H&L doubles. Parker has no excuse for it.
I think part of the reason Parker abandoned his obviously bogus application claim is because I pointed out that the application form was always in DPD custody and never had a chance to get over to the Texas Department of Public Safety files.
page 112: "1 slug (believed to be .38 caliber) from Methodist hospital" presumably a Tippet bullet, but why only 1?
No mention of wallets, or spent cartridges...

The CSSS with all Tippit's stuff did not include this as the DPD I believe asked that a bullet from Tippet be brought in. this is the other CSSS with all his belongings
