Adele Edisen has died; unwittingly entangled with JFK assassination players.
#1
I have just heard from her daughter that she has died aged 88. She was not well for the last three years, but her mind was sharp to the end. She was a friend, mentor, and IMO truly brilliant and patriotic [in the good sense of the term] person. She followed truth wherever it led, fearlessly. Much of her story is here on this Forum, unknown to many who study the JFK Assassination, and certainly unknown to those who do not. It is more proof positive [if more be needed] that many persons with intelligence and military connections had months of foreknowledge of the details of the assassination - including that Oswald was to be set up to be a patsy.

I will try to find and link to those threads soon. She was once an active member here and she told her story of unwittingly getting entangled with some who had preknowledge of the JFK assassination. It is a sad day for me, and I'll leave it here for now. Will update with more information and details shortly.

Adele Edisen

[Image: JFKedisen.jpg]Adele Edisen graduated from the University of Chicago (Ph.B., Liberal Arts, and Ph.D., Physiology). She has taught at Rockefeller University, Tulane University School of Medicine, Louisiana State University School of Medicine, St. Mary's Dominican College, Delgado Community College, University of Texas at San Antonio, Palo Alto College, and Northwest Vista College. In 1963 Adele had begun a third-year level postdoctoral fellowship granted by the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness (NINDB) of the National Institutes of Health at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
In April, 1963, Adele met Jose Rivera at a biomedical scientific conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The conference had been organized by the Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology. Rivera told Edisen that he been on the faculty of the biochemistry department at Loyola University in New Orleans, and that he was now living in Washington. Edisen was planning to visit Washington and so Rivera suggested she she telephone him when she arrived in the city.
Adele arrived in Washington on 22nd April, 1963. She telephoned Rivera and had dinner with him at Blackie's House of Beef restaurant. During the meal Rivera asked Adele if she knew Lee Harvey Oswald. He also talked about the Carousel Club in Dallas.
The following evening Rivera gave Adele a tour of Washington. When they passed the White House he asked Adele, "I wonder what Jackie will do when her husband dies?" After Adele replied "What!", Rivera said, "Oh, oh, I meant the baby. She might lose the baby."
During the tour Rivera made several comments about John F. Kennedy. Adele later reported: "He asked me if I saw Caroline on her pony Macaroni, and all kinds of crazy nonsense, and I was beginning to think I was with an absolute madman.... Rivera's part of the conversation at times was difficult to follow, but many of his statements, such as the reference to 'Jackie,' seemed deliberately placed. When he spoke of President Kennedy, Rivera was extremely critical of Kennedy's position on civil rights. Rivera made many disparaging remarks about black people and the civil rights movement."
Later that evening Rivera asked Adele to carry out a couple of tasks when she arrived home in New Orleans. This included contacting Winston DeMonsabert, a member of the faculty at Loyola University. He then asked her to call Lee Harvey Oswald at 899-4244. "Write down this name: Lee Harvey Oswald. Tell him to kill the chief." Rivera then said, "No, no, don't write that down. You will remember it when you get to New Orleans. We're just playing a little joke on him."
Adele phoned this number in early May and was told by the man who answered that there was no one there by the name of Oswald. Later, when she called again, the same man answered, saying that Oswald had just arrived but was not there at the time. Instead she spoke to Marina Oswald and asked her if she might call again in a few days to speak with her husband when he was at home. Marina only spoke Russian to Adele but seemed to understand her request because she replied, "Da". The next time she phoned she got Oswald, but he denied knowing Jose Rivera. Adele asked Oswald for the address where the telephone he was speaking on was located. Oswald gave her an address on Magazine Street. She did not give Oswald Rivera's message.
Adele was concerned that Rivera might be involved in a plot against President John F. Kennedy. She decided to contact the Secret Service in New Orleans and spoke to Special Agent Rice. According to Adele, "After giving my name, address and telephone number to him, I told him I had met a man in Washington in April who said some strange things about the President which I thought they should know. It was my intention to go there and tell them about Rivera and his statements, but I began to think they might not believe me, so I called back and canceled. Agent Rice told me they would be there any time I would care to come in."

Adele was born in 1928 and died in 2016 after several years of ill health. She was 88, almost 89.

A transcript of one of her first public interviews is attached below.

Very sad news Peter and a great loss. My condolences to her family and friends. An extraordinary woman. A brilliant mind in a world where few such women were welcomed. And an extraordinary encounter with one of the deepest darkest players of the assassination and who knows what else. I knew this was coming. She never fully recovered from her operation some years ago. So pleased she was able to put her documents and papers at Baylor University Texas while she was still well and active.
Farewell Adele.

President Barack H. Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington , D.C, 20500

Dear President Obama:

I am writing to you for help with an important problem which I cannot solve by myself, despite all the Freedom of Information/Privacy letters I have written over the years, and those written by my attorney to various congressional investigative bodies.

I am a graduate of the University of Chicago (Ph.B. 1950 and Ph.D. 1954). a retired neurophysiologist, and I have done research and taught physiology to college and medical students and to graduate students at Rockefeller University, Tulane University School of Medicine, Louisiana State University School of Medicine, University of Texas at San Antonio and other colleges in Louisiana and Texas .

In 1963 I was a Postdoctoral Fellow of the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness (NINDB) of the National Institutes of Health. At scientific biomedical meetings in April of 1963 where I presented a paper on my research, I met Jose A. Rivera, a science administrator from the NINDB on the Grants and Awards committee responsible for my Fellowship. He invited me to visit his home for dinner and to meet his family when I was to come to NIH in Bethesda on my way home to New Orleans. I never met his family or went to his home because he took me to restaurants and gave me a sight-seeing tour of Washington while he spoke about President John Kennedy, his policies on civil rights, and about his impending assassination

On November 24, 1963, I gave all my information to the US Secret Service Agent in Charge of the New Orleans office, John W. Rice, and to FBI Special Agent Orrin Bartlett from Washington, liaison from the FBI to the Secret Service and the White House. Mr. Bartlett telephoned his headquarters and field offices there and in Baltimore, ordering them to pick up Rivera and bring him in for questioning. I fully expected to be called to testify before the Warren Commission, but was not.

My attorney offered my information to Senator Frank Church and his Senate Committee on Intelligence, who were not interested, and later to Senator Daniel Inouye who was interested, but his staff aide was reluctant to subpoena Rivera for the committee. He then wrote to Representative Louis Stokes and to Representative Richardson Preyer of the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA), but received no reply from either one.

In late 1984 I met an FBI Special Agent who asked me to write a very brief account of my experiences in 1963 which he was to send to FBI Headquarters with his cover letter and a copy of my curriculum vitae. These were sent in 1985 and neither one of us heard anything from the FBI. I sent an FOIA letter to the FBI in Washington, and they replied they had nothing on me in their files, which they had said prior to this mailing and in years before and much later. However, after the passage of the JFK Collection Act in 1992 and the creation of the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB), a staff member found these mailed materials, not in FBI files, but in the files of the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) which had ended its activity in 1979, six years before these materials had been sent to the FBI! They were meant to be hidden, or to be saved for some historian 200 years from now to discover. The materials are now preserved in Box 18 in the Douglas Horne's Military Files Section of the JFK Collection in the National Archives II at College Park, Maryland. I am also mentioned on page 109 of the Final Report of the ARRB, and on its list of testimonies page.

I believe Jose A. Rivera, a former US Army Colonel, was one of the traitors and conspirators who plotted and murdered President John F. Kennedy. These traitors, in government positions in the military and intelligence and their financial backers, wanted to destroy Kennedy and his administration because he was working for economic improvements for all peoples, for Democracy, and for world-wide Peace and harmony. These were not goals of his murderers and War profiteers. Many of them can be linked to the conspiracy to overthrow President Roosevelt and our system of government in order to establish a fascistic dictatorship in 1933-1934, just thirty years before 1963.

What I wish to ask is that you, with your Executive authority and power, ask the relevant agencies, the National Archives, and the National Declassification Center to release
FBI, Secret Service, and CIA and Congressional documents, audio tapes, film/video recordings, in their possession which relate to me, Adele E. Uskali Edisen, and to Attorney Jack Peebles, and to Jose Alberto Rivera, and Winston de Monsabert, and Grant Stockdale (friend of John Kennedy, whose death after the assassination was predicted by Rivera in April of 1963).

Members of the Subcommittee of the 2010 House Oversight and Government Reform Committee have copies of a summary statement written by me, and an analysis of Jose Rivera's Military Personnel File written by Attorney Dave Robertson. I traveled to Washington in March of 2010 to urge the House Subcommittee to have open hearings on the JFK and other assassinations, but they apparently decided not to "rock the boat."

I hope you can understand why I have finally had to write to you.

November 22, 2013, about two years from now, will be the 50th Year Anniversary of the death of President Kennedy, and all documents and records currently withheld from the public's access should be made available to the American people. We have a right to know our true history.

Sincerely,
Adele E.U. Edisen, Ph.D

It is important to catch clues in the Assassination. When Rivera said "pony macaroni" it is highly possible he was voicing a hypnotic trigger jingle that was probably used on someone else. Why Rivera was mind-playing Adele I don't know, but he was exposing her to the eccentric world of Intel black ops.

We are talking Gottlieb level stuff here...

Ms Edisen and I were, and are, online friends, but I had been unable to contact her by email for awhile now. She will be, and already has been missed.
