The Dealey Plaza Test

I'm always curious to ask this of people, and consider it something of a "JFK Rorschach" test.

Let's say you had one chance to go back in time to Dealey Plaza. You are not allowed to stop the assassination or change history, but you are allowed to be a witness to it. Where in the Plaza would you stand, and where would you look? And why?

I would bring a film camera and film behind the wooden fence. Second choice would be to sit in the lunchroom where Oswald was. Third choice is to ask Prayer Woman her name.

I would also like to check out the inside of the Dal-Tex building, and maybe the roof. I've always been amazed at how few photos we have of the inside layout of that building, and how little attention researchers have given to it. It couldn't have been that hard to get access to take pictures?

I suppose it might be fair to answer my own question. First choice would be S.M. Holland's vantage point so that I get an above-angle view of behind the fence, while at the same time watching the limo in my periphery. I want to see this so-called "full stop" it makes, despite the absence of one in any footage.

Second choice, I think I would station myself near Howard Brennan. Get a good look at Mac Wallace in the window, and a fairly decent look at the Dal-Tex windows. While at the same time, I'd be afforded the view of the limo turn from Houston to Elm, since all existing video footage seems to magically "cut out" just before Greer's wide turn, to which there is virtually no existing footage at all, including Zapruder's film. But I suppose if I were Holland, I could sort of make out the limo turn as well.

If you sat in the lunchroom you'd miss everything! Except you could confirm Truly and Victoria Adams' testimony. But if you conclude Oswald is a patsy, I don't imagine you would learn much more than you already know.

Yes, a typical LNer Talking Point is that all the evidence was found on the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor of TSBD. To which I like to respond: of course all the evidence was found there; they didn't look anywhere else.

You are not the first to espouse the notion that the head shot came from there. I'm willing to remain open to the idea, but as of now it somewhat contradicts Kennedy's back/left motion, as well as the multiple eyewitnesses who smelled gunpowder behind the GK fence (you know, the smell McAdams explained away as "car exhaust"). Whose research is a good source of information to learn more on the SW Commerce St. shooter theory?

I'm willing to remain open to the idea, but as of now it somewhat contradicts Kennedy's back/left motion, as well as the multiple eyewitnesses who smelled gunpowder behind the GK fence (you know, the smell McAdams explained away as "car exhaust"). Whose research is a good source of information to learn more on the SW Commerce St. shooter theory?

And I do not claim to be the first to espouse that notion, mainly because some serious research opened up that possibility, that upon review I came to believe it a strong possibility.

Smoke, to me is not an absolute provable scenario of a fatal headshot origin in the DealeyPlaza murder of JFK.

I do not dispute any "back and to the left" reaction to the head wound, but I do believe that JFK's head moved slightly down, not forward, upon recieving at least one head shot, and I have some difficulty believing he recieved only one head wound.
