Taken all into account, its probably one of her best public statements on record.
The only thing better that I know of was her speech at the CTKA rally in Dealey Plaza at he 30th anniversary.

If Marina had Webster's address in her address book then she wasn't exactly cleared of working for the Soviets as she claims in this letter.
She makes a mistake by not releasing the tax records because Armstrong tells us how important they are. This letter and her reason for not signing the release of the tax records may be yet another cooperation by Marina with the authorities.
Her husband at the time of this letter was a CIA operative.
At the end she practically openly admits that she gave false witness for the FBI on the rifle...

Her husband worked for Collins Radio right? But that does not necessarily mean he was CIA.
The other three points are valid.
