Anatomy of the Second Floor Lunchroom Encounter
Alan Ford Wrote:Good afternoon, hope everyone has a good seat for the solar eclipse experience on tap today.

Now, back to Truly's "truth" amid a hastily contrived script ---->

Mr. BELIN. When you saw the President's car seem to stop, how long did it appear to stop?
Mr. TRULY. It would be hard to say over a second or two or something like that. I didn't see I just saw it stop. I don't know. I didn't see it start up.
Mr. BELIN. Then you stopped looking at it, or you were distracted by something else?
Mr. TRULY. Yes. The crowd in front of me kind of congealed around me and bore me back through weight of numbers, and I lost sight of it.
I think there were a lot of people trying to get out of the way of something. They didn't know what.
Mr. BELIN. Then what did you do or see?
Mr. TRULY. I heard a policeman in this area along here make a remark, "Oh, goddam," or something like that. I just remember that. It wasn't a motorcycle policeman. It was one of the Dallas policeman, I think-- words to that effect.
I wouldn't know him. I just remember there was a policeman standing along in this area about 7, 8, or 10 feet from me.
But as I came back here, and everybody. was screaming and hollering, just moments later-I saw a young motorcycle policeman run up to the building, up the steps to the entrance of our building. He ran right by me. And he was pushing people out of the way. He pushed a number of people out of the way before he got to me. I saw him coming through, I believe. As he ran up the stairway--I mean up the steps….

Contrary to the hastily contrived script that Truly has to follow, let's take a look at what really transpires as oppose to his part in creating a false narrative ---->

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7p1ntLF--s

Q1: Where in the clip does it demonstrate Truly's "truth" about, quote, The crowd in front of me kind of congealed around me and bore me back through weight of numbers, and I lost sight of it"

Q2: Where in the video does it demonstrate Truly's truth" about, quote, He pushed a number of people out of the way before he got to me.

On the contrary, Truly, no one, and I mean no one, not a single person bore you back anywhere through weight of sheer numbers. As the clip demonstrates Truly is forgetting where reality reigns and what his hastily contrived script has to convey, a false narrative.

Where in the clip does it demonstrate Baker is pushing, quote, a number of people out of the way before he got to Truly?

The only thing Truly has, quote, lost sight of is the plain simple truth.

Does a single video clip exist actually showing Baker entering the building via Truly's "truth"? NO
Cameras all over the place that afternoon, yet not a single film, not one, exists depicting Truly's "truth" about Baker's make beLIEve front door entrance.

So, Why was the video suddenly snipped before Bakers actual movements could be determined one way or the other?

----> a hastily contrived script was in play, making beLIEve that Baker enters the main entrance as oppose to sprinting down to the corner of Elm & Houston....Who was the white helmeted motorcycle officer who arrived up on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor on the West elevator?, the same West elevator Jack Dougherty rode down upon.

Now, there's this testimony from Joseph Molina ---->

Mr. BALL. Did you see Mr. Truly go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes.
Mr. BALL. Where were you when you saw him go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. I was right in the entrance.
Mr. BALL. Did you see a police officer with him?
Mr. MOLINA. I didn't see a police officer. I don't recall seeing a police officer but I did see him go inside.
Mr. BALL. Did you see a white-helmeted police officer any time there in the entrance?
Mr. MOLINA. Well, of course, there might have been one after they secured the building, you know.
Mr. BALL. No, I mean when Truly went in; did you see Truly actually go into the building?
Mr. MOLINA. I saw him go in.
Mr. BALL. Where were you standing?
Mr. MOLINA. Right at the front door; right at the front door.
Mr. BALL. Outside the front door?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes, outside the front door I was standing; the door was right behind me.
Mr. BALL. Were you standing on the steps?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes, on the uppermost step.
Mr. BALL. You actually saw Truly go
Mr. MOLINA. Yeah.
Mr. BALL. You were still standing there?
Mr. MOLINA. Yes.
Mr. BALL. How long was it after you heard the shots?
Mr. MOLINA. Oh, I would venture to say maybe 20 or 30 seconds afterwards.

It's quite obvious clear Mr. Molina didn't get the memo about supporting Truly's "truth", a false narrative. Also of note is Mr. Molina's 20 or 30 seconds @ Truly's actual entrance time, well behind the time he says he accompanied make BeLIEve Baker in their false narrative. No wonder this man, his wife and children were terrorized in their own home by the authorities later that night.

And then there's this testimony from Buell Wesley Frazier (he is the tallest figure standing at the very top of the stairs in the middle of your viewing screen in this video clip ----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7p1ntLF--s , thus his vantage point is akin to a front row seat at Madison Square Garden) ---->

Mr. BALL - Did you see anybody after that come into the Building while you were there?
Mr. FRAZIER - You mean somebody other that didn't work there?
Mr. BALL - A police officer.
Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; I stood there a few minutes, you know, and some people who worked there; you know normally started to go back into the Building because a lot of us didn't eat our lunch, and so we stared back into the Building and it wasn't but just a few minutes that there were a lot of police officers and so forth all over the Building there.
Mr. BALL - Then you went back into the Building, did you?
Mr. FRAZIER - Right.
Mr. BALL - And before you went back into the Building no police officer came up the steps and into the building?
Mr. FRAZIER - Not that I know. They could walk by the way and I was standing there talking to somebody else and didn't see it.

There's a major difference between what we are lead to believe in the false narrative about Baker charging up the front stairs immediately as oppose to an officer a few minutes later merely walking up…Nice job, Mr. Frazier (Buell Wesley).

We've watched the clip. It does not agree with Truly's "truth".

Moreover, the reason the clip is cut short is to prevent demonstrating Baker's actual sprint over to the corner of Elm & Houston...the false narrative didn't need another Mrs. Reid moment.

We also have testimonies of two separate individuals standing at the front door, yet they did not see Baker run up those stairs, nor enter the building.

Nor did we see any evidence within the clip that anyone actually standing upon those stepsvia their body-languagewas convinced he was even heading up the stairs, otherwise the two aforementioned individuals and everyone else on that landing would have instinctively moved out of the way to the farthest extreme on other side of the steps to make room for him.

Sidebar: Points to ponder…

*A Locked roof

*A white helmeted motorcycle officer arriving up on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the same West elevator Jack Dougherty immediately took down to the first floor. Just who is this man?

*Why did Mrs. Reid tell an outright lie about a phantom 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor encounter with the wrongly accused ?

What Mr AlanFord has presented in this post has absolutely nothing of real evidentiary value about the SecondFloorLunchroomEncounter at about 12:31:15/12:31:30pm. He has picked testimony, likely inconclusive, where two eyewitnesses stated they did not see Officer Baker enter the building. Small wonder, as Officer Baker had entered ahead of Building Superintendent Truly. Those two eyewitnesses, DID NOT, and COULD NOT, SIGN a sworn statement as a fact that Officer Baker never entered the TSBD Elm St entrance at, or near, 12:30:30/12:31:00pm.
And, I fail to comprehend what it is about Mr AlanFord's "posted statement" of Mr Truly that is indicative of the likelihood that the encounter did not occur.

Good morning!

The plain simple truth is able to stand all alone...no revisions, no discussion off the record, even void of Mrs. Reid's outright lie, etc.

Before getting into the thrust of today's post, here's another example of Truly's "truth" ----->

Mr. BELIN. The street leading to the expressway, that diagonal street?
Mr. TRULY. That is right.
And the President's car following close behind came along at an average speed of 10 or 15 miles an hour. It wasn't that much, because they were getting ready to turn. And the driver of the Presidential car swung out too far to the right, and he came almost within an inch of running into this little abutment here, between Elm and the Parkway. And he slowed down perceptibly and pulled back to the left to get over into the middle lane of the parkway. Not being familiar with the street, he came too far out this way when he made his turn.
Mr. BELIN. He came too far to the north before he made his curve, and as he curved--as he made his left turn from Houston onto the street leading to the expressway, he almost hit this north curb?
Mr. TRULY. That is right. Just before he got to it, he had to almost stop, to pull over to the left.
If he had maintained his speed, he would probably have hit this little section here.
Mr. BELIN. All right.

Now, let's review the opposite of Truly's "truth" ----->
[URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmeaYWr3qZk"]
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmeaYWr3qZk[/URL]

*Observation 1: I can assure you IF what Truly's "truth" claims to have happened, we would have noted an immediate, deliberate response from the spectators lining the street there…yet no one standing there in that area he references is even spooked, let alone moving back for self-preservation sake out of harm's way.

Instead they are all stand in line cheering with nary a concern for a vehicle weighing tons careening out of control anywhere near them, let alone within an inch of the curb they stood upon.

*Observation 2: Note the driver's calm demeanor as well. Does he look like he is about to lose control of his vehicle?

*Observation 3: Note the limousine occupants' calm, carefree manner as well.

*Observation 4: Wouldn't an, quote, almost stop have produced flickering red brake lights, even for half a second?

Enough about Truly's "truth" for now…will get back to what he does best in a future post.

Today, wanted to set my focus upon three other revelations, seeking the identity of the still unidentified party(ies) in each respective instance.

*Who was/is the white helmeted motorcycle officer arriving up on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the same elevator Jack Dougherty takes down to the first floor?

To date: Identity Unknown

*Who were the "men" Inspector Sawyer notes in his testimony? ----->

Mr. BELIN. Where did you park your car?
Mr. SAWYER. In front of the Texas School Book Depository.
Mr. BELIN. In front of the main entrance there?
Mr. SAWYER. In front of the main entrance.
Mr. BELIN. What did you do then?
Mr. SAWYER. Immediately went into---well, talked to some of the officers around there who told me the story that they had thought some shots had come from one of the floors in the building, and I think the fifth floor was mentioned, but nobody seemed to know who the shots were directed at or what had actually happened, except there had been a shooting there at the time the President's motorcade had gone by.
And I went with a couple of officers and a man who I believed worked in the building. The elevator was just to the right of the main entrance, and we went to the top floor, which was pointed out to me by this other man as being the floor that we were talking about. We had talked about the fifth floor. And we went back to the storage area and looked around and didn't see anything.
Mr. BELIN. Now you took an elevator up, is that correct?
Mr. SAWYER. That's right.
Mr. BELIN. The route that you took to the elevator, you went to the front door?
Mr. SAWYER. Right.
Mr. BELIN. Then what did you do?
Mr. SAWYER. We got into the elevator. We run into this man.

Who were these two men? The one man Inspector Sawyer perceived as someone who was familiar with the building?, and the man he encounters in the elevator?

To date: both Identities Unknown

*Let's return to that Locked roof.

When Deputy-Sheriff Wiseman (John) attempts to gain access to the same roof Truly & Baker claim to be on for, quote, Over 5 minutes, Who unlocked it?

IF it was ever unlocked, it would now have to be relocked in order for Sheriff Wiseman to find it Locked.

IF it was actually unlocked, Who unlocked it?

To date: Identity Unknown

IF it was actually relocked, Who relocked it?

To date: identity unknown

A good rule of thumb to keep in mind in all incident reports, per a supervisory training session in Zweibrücken, is the following ---->

If it isn't documented, it simply didn't happen.

But, of course, like the rest of Truly's "truth"amid a hastily contrived false narrative to FRAME an innocent human beingit did... Riight!

*Who enlisted the aid of Mrs. Reid to tell an outright lie about a phantom 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor encounter with the wrongly accused?

To date: Identity Unknown

Sidebar: No one has ever produced an actual photo, video, etc., of Baker actually entering the front entrance as claimed by Truly's "truth"... No one. No one. No one. No one. No one.

Of course, we have Truly's version of "truth" that it happened…with a sprinkling of the hastily contrived script's version of "truth" with icing on top (Mrs. Reid's version of "truth").

A legion of lies starring Mrs. Reid, Judas and 4triesBaker.

We have not been told the truth about the wrongly accused (Mr. Oswald).

I do not believe that the limousine driver was about to lose control of the vehicle, but in order to make the 120 degree left turn with the long wheelbase vehicle, and turn on the Elm St thoroughfare, instead of Old Elm St, he did need to swing wide to accomplish the turn.

It appears to me that Inspector Sawyer indicates that he encountered a "man", and does not indicate that it was "men" that accompanied him in the TSBD. And, reliable information places Inspector Sawyer's TSBD entrance several minutes after Officer Baker's. So possibly that "man" was BillyLovelady.

Deputy Wiseman's account also indicates his TSBD entry was some minutes after Officer Baker's entrance, and the indication that access to the roof was locked, may be incorrect, and only latched, especially since it was on the inside above a ladder needed to reach the door. But again, that was also some minutes after Officer Baker and Mr Truly examined the roof area.

To indicate that Officer Baker's TSBD entrance did not occur because NO ONE HAS produced AN ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPH of his entrance, is about as ludicrous as it gets. The fact is, NO ONE CAN PRODUCE AN ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING HE DID NOT ENTER THE TSBD as testimony reliably indicates that he did, at about 12:30:45pm.

Also, there does not appear to be any reliable evidence that Mrs Robert A (GeraldineBray) Reid lied in her testimony.

And again to continue, in an effort to provide reliable evidence, a factually based review of events, in and around the TSBD as, and just before and after, the JFK assassination and critical wounding of JBC occurred. can be found at:

The relevancy here is that when Truly lies about small things, he is apt & more than capable of lying about other matters as well, especially in support of a hastily contrived script…a false narrative of make beLIEve to FRAME an innocent human being.

Mrs. Reid isn't any better for weighing in with her flat out lie in support of that hastily contrived script.

Moving along now, here's even more of Truly's "truth" on display once again today ----->

Mr. TRULY. I could be off a few feet. We were almost out in this. And I think when the motorcade came around, we probably pushed out even a bit farther.
Mr. BELIN. Now, by this, you are referring to the entrance to the parkway, is that correct?
Mr. TRULY. Yes.
Mr. BELIN. And, you say that you are either at the spot marked by the letter. "T" or perhaps a little bit to the east of that?
Mr. TRULY. That is right.
Mr. BELIN. And that you gradually might have moved a little bit towards the south, towards the parkway, is that correct?
Mr. TRULY. That is correct.
Mr. BELIN. All right.
Do you know approximately what time you got there, Mr. Truly? To the best of your recollection.
Mr. TRULY. 3 or 4 minutes after we reached the entrance, the walkway, we stood on the steps 2 or 3 minutes, and then I don't believe we just gradually moved out a bit.
And then when the policemen leading the motorcade came off of Main on to Houston, we saw them coming, and then we just moved out a little farther to the edge of the parkway.
Mr. BELIN. Did you notice any other company employees with you other than Mr. Campbell at that time?
Mr. TRULY. Well, I did. I noticed several. Mrs. Reid was standing there close. And it seemed like there were several of the other employees standing out in front of the building. But I cannot--I think Bill Shelley was standing over to my right as I faced the motorcade--somewheres in that area.

Now, onto another daily dose of reality in contrast to Truly's "truth" ----->

Note that Truly's position is well out into the street, beyond even the sidewalk near the entrance steps, quote, farther to the edge of the parkway.

and certainly well ahead of Bill Shelley's actual position some 45' behind him atop the eight steps of the main entrance.

Here, let's bring Mr. Frazier's testimony to light again ---->

Mr. FRAZIER - I stayed around there pretty close to Mr. Shelley and this boy Billy Lovelady and just standing there, people talking and just talking about how pretty a day it turned out to be, because I told you earlier it was an old cloudy and misty day and then it didn't look like it was going to be a pretty day at all.
Mr. BALL - And it turned out to be a good day?
Mr. FRAZIER - Pretty sunshiny day.
Mr. BALL - Warm?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; it was pretty warm.
Mr. BALL - Then let's see, there was Billy Lovelady and you were there.
Mr. FRAZIER - Right.
Mr. BALL - Anybody else you can remember?
Mr. FRAZIER - There was a lady there, a heavy-set lady who worked upstairs there whose name is Sarah something, I don't know her last name.
Mr. BALL - Were you near the steps?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; I was, I was standing about, I believe, one step down from the top there.
Mr. BALL - One step down from the top of the steps?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; standing there by the rail.
Mr. BALL - By steps we are talking about the steps of the entrance to the Building?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir.

In three different scenarios now, it's been clearly demonstrated that Truly's "truth" is nowhere near the plain simple truth. In each instance shared, his "truth" runs contrary to what is actually unfolding around him. Shelly is standing behind him and up the entrance stairs. Strike three!, Truly "truth"

Unfortunately, for Truly, the hastily contrived script about a 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor encounter fails to focus upon the small, yet important details in his scripted retelling of a false narrative, because the false narrative was too busy frothing at the mouth in its haste to FRAME an innocent party.

Mr. TRULY. I could be off a few feet

On the contrary, you are more than a few feet off...Mustn't be easy to remember a hastily contrived script…a false narrative to FRAME an innocent party eh?

Any second now in the hereafter, Deceptive-Dulles should be clamoring for yet some more "discussion off the record" I'm sure...

Points to Ponder/moving forward:

*The white helmeted motorcycle officer, arriving upon the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the West elevator, the same elevator Jack Dougherty brought downstairs to the first floor. Who is this man?

*The Locked roof…. will try to determine the reasonIF an actual log book recording exists after five decades nowwhy the Dallas Fire Department came into the building during the immediate aftermath with a ladder. Lest anyone not know this, let's be crystal clear (Marilyn Sitzman tells Deputy-Sheriff Wiseman, where she believes is the source of the shots, so he runs immediately over to the TSBD, and then up all seven flights of stairs, only to find the roof Locked. Locked. Locked. Locked. Locked...in the same time frame as it takes for Marilyn Sitzman to appear in the same photo as Mrs. Lied, err, Reid and Victoria Adams in front of the building, thus proving that because Sitzman was well behind the sprinting deputy-Sheriff, he was well on track to certainly encounter Truly's "truth" either along the same backstairs or up on the roof IF it was not Locked. Locked. Locked. Locked. Locked).

*And, of course, Who recruited her, and Why did Mrs. Reid tell a flat out lie about a phantom 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor encounter with the wrongly accused.

Addendum/self-reminder:

reread James Worrell's affidavit…then note Pacific Street on a Dallas Map, the street he ran towards away from his initial position in front of the TSBD out of harm's way upon hearing a rapid succession of shots fired….Did Baker catch Worrell's sudden movements, and understandably mistook Worrell as a potential guilty party, thus his dismount and subsequent mad dash cut short of his actual movements around the corner of Elm & Houston in hot pursuit of someone he thought was fleeing the scene....

Sidebar: At this point, reconstructing the actual truth is much more credible than Truly's "truth".

Why did the authorities cut Baker's pursuit on film short?

Why doesn't even one photo or video exists (none, 0, nada) demonstrating Baker's entrance in the front of the building as Truly's "truth" tells us?

Again, Why did the authorities cut Baker's pursuit on film short?

A hastily contrived script, a false narrative to FRAME an innocent human being comes to mind.

Just taking a moment to share a couple of photos in regards to a particular statement I shared in the previous post concerning the following ----->

These photos firmly place all three women out in front of the building amid the immediate aftermath of the assassination. Please note that Marilyn Sitzman, who was well behind Deputy-Sheriff Wiseman, who has already raced ahead of her to the TSBD to ascend the backstairs, is now herself at the corner of Elm & Houston ( thus--once again, giving Sheriff Wiseman more than enough time to encounter two men who claim being up on the roof for, quote, "Over 5 minutes".

Wrong again, Truly's "truth" ----->

Now, before looking at the next frame note the positions of Victoria Adams (red arrow), the taller woman there and the young fellow, who all appear in the next frame with Ms. Sitzman, who was otherwise cropped out of the above image ----->

Credit: Mr. Morrisette's website for this Cooper film image

Now, with all parties firmly established in place, there's no way Sheriff Wiseman, who sprinted well ahead of Ms. Sitzman (dark scarf lady @ extreme right middle of image) would not have confirmed Truly's tale, err, "truth" about being on the same backstairs the Sheriff just ran up--all the way to the last floor--or at the very least up on the roof, especially IF Truly's "truth" tells us they stayed up there for, quote, "Over 5 minutes".

Amazing what some people will do/say for thirty pieces of silver to FRAME an innocent party.

Mrs. Reid...Truly's version of the "truth"... 4triesBaker's retakes...discussion off the record...a hastily contrived script...a false narrative that is indicative of a legion of lies.

The plain simple truth doesn't require 26 volumes.

We have not be told the truth about the wrongly accused (Mr. Oswald).

Locked. Locked. Locked. Locked).

Wrong again, Truly's "truth" ----->

Now, before looking at the next frame note the positions of Victoria Adams (red arrow), the taller woman there and the young fellow, who all appear in the next frame with Ms. Sitzman, who was otherwise cropped out of the above image ----->

Oswald).

For evidentiary value, the correct time of each of the photographs is needed. Also, just how fast did DCSD Deputy Wiseman "sprint" to the TSBD entrance, and how much time did he spend interviewing Ms Sitzman, as well as any other activities prior to his "sprint", after he reached the immediate area?
Deputy Wiseman's testimony can be found @:

Alan Ford Wrote:The relevancy here is that when Truly lies about small things, he is apt & more than capable of lying about other matters as well, especially in support of a hastily contrived script…a false narrative of make beLIEve to FRAME an innocent human being.

As Mr Truly said:

http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/truly1.htm

As Mr Williams said:

http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/williams.htm

As Mr Frazier said:

http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimo...zierb1.htm

As Mr Baker said:

http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/baker_m1.htm

And Mrs Reid said:
[URL="http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/reid.htm"]
http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/reid.htm[/URL]

But no one provided any sworn statement/testimony that DPD Officer ML Baker, followed by TSBD Building Superintendent RS Truly, did not enter the TSBD building Elm St entrance at about 12:30:30pm/12:31:00pm CST, 11/22/'63. And, to insinuate that "authorities cut Baker's pursuit on film short", when the filming was being done from a moving automobile, with a natural flow occurring by the cameraman, is beyond any realm of reality.

Good morning!

Let's compare a couple of affidavits to gain some insights about why Baker dismounted and charged towards the corner of Elm & Houston (in light of there isn't any actual existence of a single photo, Not One, and/or film, Not One, actually demonstrating he charged into the front entrance)

AFFIDAVIT IN ANY FACT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF DALLAS
BEFORE ME, Mary Rattan
a Notary Public in and for said County, State of Texas, on this day personally appeared:

James Richard Worrell, Jr., w/m/20 of 13510 Winterhaven, GH7 2378. Thomas Jefferson High.
Who, after being by me duly sworn, on oath deposes and says: Yesterday afternoon at approximately 12:30 pm I was standing on the sidewalk against a building on the corner of Elm and Houston Streets watching the motorcade of the President. I heard loud noise like a fire cracker or gun shots. I looked around to see where the noise came from. I looked up and saw the barrel of a rifle sticking out of a window over my head about 5 or 6 stories up. While I was looking at the gun it was fired again. I looked back at Mr. Kennedy and he was slumping over. I got scared and ran from the location. While I was running I heard the gun fire two more times. I ran from Elm Street to Pacific Street on Houston. When I was about 100 yards from the building I stopped to get my breath and looked back at the building. I saw a w/m, 5'8" to 5'10", dark hair, average weight for height, dark shirt or jacket open down front, no hat, didn't have anything in his hands, come out of the building and run in the opposite direction from me. I then caught a bus to my home.

Compared with Baker's same day affidavit ----->

SHOTS FIRED!!!!! Spooked by a rapid succession of gunfire, James Worrell's gripping fear prompts him to get out of Dodge as quickly as his legs could carry him. His timing meshes with Baker's approach to the corner of Elm & Houston.

Baker hears the shots. He sees an individual fleeing the scene. He hurriedly dismounts off his motorcycle, and quickly takes off after the "bad guy" he holds responsible for the gunfire. Reaching the corner of Elm & Houston, Baker then tears down Houston Street towards the rear of the TSBD in hot pursuit of what he believes is a suspect in the shooting.

Rounding the corner at the edge of the building, he spots the same individual James Worrell sees, the individual they both describe in their respective affidavits. With no chance to catch the fleeing man in the brown jacket, Baker's instincts kick in…as he enters the rear of the building to possibly detain an accomplice(s) still on the scene. The West elevator is available, having been just brought down by Jack Dougherty off the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor.

Now, why officialdom decided to bury this natural response given the timing of several elements coming together in sync is anyone's guess.

Personally, my hunch is the wrongly accused (Mr. Oswald) didn't follow instructions to the letter…i.e. listen Lee after your lunch downstairs in the domino room, fetch such and such off such and such floor…remain there until I come up and meet with you so we can discuss what floor and bin to place such and such…whatever you do don't go to 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor.

For all the effort that went into staging the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor as a sniper's lair by parties unknown, it was all for naught after multiple sightings of the wrongly accused occurs near a small storage area during the immediate aftermath of the assassination. Uh, Oh…onto Plan B…rather than Baker's professional reputation being tarnished/ridiculed/ruined, etc., as the officer who allowed the running assassin to get away, all he has to do now is play ball with the original plotters that set the wrongly accused up to take the fall.

In exchange, Truly would assure everyone that through no fault of his own Baker didn't allow anyone to get away. They would just need to create an account where Baker saves face and Truly, etc. get what they wanted all along, the wrongly accused racing downstairs from a staged assassin's lair ---->

While filling out his initial same day affidavit, where he doesn't even recognize the wrongly accused sitting only a few feet from him down at the DPD station, Baker places the man he and James Worrell see fleeing out the back door on the 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] or 4[SUP]th[/SUP] floor in an encounter with Truly.

At some point though, Truly overhears about Victoria Adams' genuine experience and realized that an encounter on the 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] or 4[SUP]th[/SUP] floor on the stairway cannot be staged/scripted, thus the next day affidavit about calling up for elevators, which no one heard by the way, especially the 4 individual's standing right next to that echo chamber...

but in spite of that truth, means an encounter with the chosen fall guy has to be moved elsewhere...now placing Baker's encounter on the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor inside the lunchroom, thus in their minds eliminating Victoria Adams' challenge. OOPS! Not only didn't Ms. Adams and Ms. Styles not see any of these three men, the wrongly accused and his 2 FRAMERS, they also didn't hear them either.

So Baker's testimony about calling out to the wrongly accused, let alone anyone else would have been overheard as those fine ladies made their way down from the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] floor, where they also share they didn't hear any heavy, running foot steps from above the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] floor, nor coming up either as they made their way downstairs. Essentially, no wrongly accused racing downward, nor the tandem's steady cadence when their running shoes landed upon each step along the way upward.

Once they hatched their FRAME up, they desperately needed someone else to authenticate their bogus hole-in-one…tag you're it Mrs. Leid. OOPS! @ photo showing her downstairs while she is supposedly confirming the BIG fish tale upstairs.

Toss in Deputy-Sheriff Wiseman's experience that afternoon, and we now know that Mrs. Reid's outright lie wasn't without a legion of lies to follow. That Locked roof tells us that the FRAMERS needed quote, Over 5 minutes, up on the roof to account for why they omitted a stop on the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor altogether. Or, Did they?

Did the white helmeted motorcycle officer arriving up on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the same West elevator Jack Dougherty took down to the first floor, also take the stairs up to the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor and to his surprise discover the planting of rifle hulls, the staging of hiding a rifle and more evidence that a FRAME up was in progress. Is this the real individual they encountered that Truly vouched for…

Ok, Mr. Truly, let's play Let's Make A Deal, you help me save face about the man that got away, and I'll help you omit the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor altogether, and just say we bypassed it altogether and went to the roof instead. Shake on it? Good.

They still have a major problem though that goes beyond Mrs. Lied and the Locked roof. They have no one else then, in the years after, or even now that can substantiate their claims, save for an outright liar.

They also do not have even one photo, Not One, or even one video, Not One, actually showing Baker entering the front entrance as he and Truly claim amid more of Truly's version of the "truth"…a "truth" that also relied upon Mrs. Ried's version of the same "truth".

Sidebar: The images shown yesterday depicting Mrs. Reid, the oh, so wonderful Victoria Adams and Marilyn Sitzman were taking around 12:36PM give or take a minute either way, thus proving that IF anyone was up on a roof for, quote, "Over 5 minutes", Sheriff Wiseman wouldn't have discovered it Locked instead.

The 12:36 time frame is arrived at due to Inspector Sawyer's testimony about his arrival on the scene, where he actually parks his car there, which is missing in the images shared, thus, because he hasn't arrived just yet...let's pick up the action on the backstairs, or so they say, and add Truly & Baker's phantom encounter time of 90 seconds, then add additional time for them to leave the hoax staging area and run up three more flights of stairs to the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor (let's say, add 90 more seconds though I know the 56 year old Truly is already winded after his claim of running up two flights before), then their mysterious leap-frog over the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor (or so they say)

and they are still minutes shy of their own claim of over a 5 minute-plus stay up on the roof when Inspector Sawyer arrives...that is if the roof wasn't Locked as Sheriff Wiseman found it to be, when he reached that destination before Marilyn Sitzman reaches a position where Victoria Adams says she reached within three minutes herself to listen to the radio transmissions of the parked police motorcycles there on the corner. Remember, Sheriff Wiseman raced off well ahead of Ms. Sitzman.

The roof was Locked. A deal was sprung (I won't spread the word how YOU couldn't catch up to what you thought was the real culprit, thus allowing him to getaway...and you don't tell anyone about the floor we omitted, nor what you observed, Truly said to Baker with a sly smirk upon his smug face ). A win-win among a den of liars, who hatched a next day phantom encounter with the wrongly accused to FRAME him. Oh, den Mother (Mrs. Reid), you're up...tell the world about our hole in one, and that BIG fish we caught, but asked us to throw back if we wanted three wishes each...go ahead, Mrs. Reid, tell the world....

Man, what I'd give to know the actual identity of that white helmeted motorcycle officer arriving on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the West elevator, the same elevator Jack Dougherty brought downstairs to the first floor.

Who is this man?

And again, more mere assertions beyond fact, and unfortunately to continue to ignore reliable evidence provided by sworn statements and testimony under oath, along with film and photograph information, causes severe damage to the truth. Creating fictional accounts of events, as well as fictional events, would appear to promote a complete fictional version of the assassination. A version, based on supposition, and framing events to fit the fictional account. So, I wonder, as I wander, is there an agenda?

Happy Friday!

Wanted to end the week with another glaringly obvious lie told by Truly. The relevancy of this is all too clear, this man and the plain simple truth don't belong in the same sentence, paragraph, page, chapter, book, even 26 volumes of them…

Mr. TRULY: So I went back downstairs with Chief Lumpkin. Mr. BELIN. When you got on the sixth floor, did you happen to go over to the southeast corner of the sixth floor at about that time or not?
Mr. TRULY. No, sir; I sure didn't.
Mr. BELIN. When did you get over to the southeast corner of the sixth floor?
Mr. TRULY. That I can't answer. I don't remember when I went over there. It was sometime before I learned that they had found either the rifle or the spent shell cases. It could have been at the time I went up and told them about Lee Harvey Oswald being missing. I cannot remember. But I didn't know it. I didn't see them find them, and I didn't know at the time I don't know how long they had the things.

Did you catch the glaringly obvious lie in just this simple, brief exchange? How many more lies has this man told us before?

Let's examine that glaringly obvious lie closer… beginning with Belin's opening sentence. Note Truly's response, No sir; I sure didn't, then less than a ½ a minute later he says this, quote, It could have been at the time I went up and told them about Lee Harvey Oswald being missing. Okay, so which is it, Truly, No sir; I sure didn't, or, It could have been at the time I went up and told them about Lee Harvey Oswald being missing…?

The plain simple truth is always retold the same, but a hastily contrived script continues to shift in its own quicksand amid discussion off the record.

What's more telling is this part of their exchange ----->

Mr. BELIN. When did you get over to the southeast corner of the sixth floor?
Mr. TRULY. That I can't answer. I don't remember when I went over there. It was sometime before I learned that they had found either the rifle or the spent shell cases.

Can't answer, Truly, or afraid to answer?????

Thanks for establishing that YOU were actually in the southeast corner of the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor that fateful day before either the rifle or spent shell cases were found.

Why were you there, Truly?

Did you have some staging to do?, at the southeast corner of the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor ?

carried the lightest boxes over to that window you could handle eh?

Did your coat pockets have spent shell cases you needed to lay/drop in the southeast corner there?

Did one of the boxes you placed there come after having the wrongly accused handle it earlier that morning, so a fingerprint of his could be established in the southeast corner?

Again, Why were YOU in the southeast corner of the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor before the area was searched, before key evidence incriminating an innocent party was "found" ?

Here's an Oxford dictionary, Trulying, open it up to the letter F section. Find the word FRAME. Read the definition aloud for all to hear.

Sidebar: Points to Ponder…

(1) The actual identity of the white helmeted motorcycle officer arriving up on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] floor via the same elevator Jack Dougherty took down to the first floor.

(2) A Locked roof.

(3) Mrs. Reid's outright lie about a phantom 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] floor encounter with the wrongly accused. Who recruited her to tell a blatant lie?

(4) And, now, Truly's own admission--amid the stressful conditions of trying to remember a hastily contrived script created to FRAME an innocent human being...

An accounting of Truly's time equals the following, or so he says---->

*with Baker on their contrived marathon along the backstairs

*then on the East elevator

*On the roof for over 5 minutes

*making a return trip back downstairs w/Baker, stopping on the 7[SUP]th[/SUP] so Baker could conduct a search; then down to the 6[SUP]th[/SUP], where Baker conducts the same…a stop on the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] floor, and finally back down to the first floor, where Baker lies about leaving immediately, but film captures him otherwise in the presence of Truly amid a small gathering of minds with others in a semi-circle…

*Then Truly notes the wrongly accused "missing" in a seven story building, amid chaos and confusion still unfolding during the aftermath of the assassination. Why Truly could easily determine someone "missing" in a seven story building is troubling. The fix was in.

*Then over to Chief Lumpkin with his scripted notes, err, revelation that the wrongly accused was "missing"

*Then up to the 6[SUP]th[/SUP] floor w/Chief George Laster Lumpkin to break the news to Captain Fritz

*Major OOPS, revealing his actual presence in the southeast corner before it became a crime scene.
