This is a transcript of Bill Davy's fine lecture at VMI last month.
David Giglio, at Our Hidden History, did the transcript.
Bill talked about three main topics: the conclusions of the HSCA which negated the Warren Commission, but which the media ignores, Church Committee testimony which the HSCA never had but which bolstered Jim Garrison and made certain that which they tried to leave uncertain, namely that Oswald was at 544 Camp Street, and finally the Church Committee interview with Scott Breckinridge co-author of the IG Report on the CIA Mafia assassination plots, in which he admits there was no White House authorization he could find for them. (With what is going to be in Lisa Pease's RFK book on this, in combination with this testimony will settle that phony question once and for all.)
Very good talk:

This is some really good stuff, but isn't it the same stuff that has been talked about over the past 40 years just different words now being used like, "negated"? Just asking.

To my knowledge, no one had ever displayed the interview with Wendell Roache before.
And no one had ever quoted the Breckinridge interview before.

Well, you certainly got me there, HOWEVER?! The content or in this case as Led Zeppelin would say, the song remains the same?

I watched it and posted it on facebook. Great talk. HSCA comes across way better than I remember.

Wow Dawn! You remember everything that was said during the 1976-78 HSCA Hearings? Impressive!

The tragedy of the HSCA was that many of the people who started there under Sprague and Tanenbaum stayed on to the end, or pretty close to it.
That would mean people like Wecht, Fonzi, Al Gonzalez, Jon Blackmer. And they continued to do good work.
Blakey and Billings could not bury it all. So some of it got into the report.
But when one compares the report to the actual raw data, then it gets problematic. And I think this is why Blakey ultimately dismissed everyone and kept only four people to write the final report at the end. It ended up being a closed operation to keep the lid on Pandora's Box.
