Trump says he will* release remaining documents
#21
Jim DiEugenio Wrote:The problem is that on many of the spreadsheets various documents are listed as being illegible. And I can tell you that this is literally true, you cannot make out anything. They are beyond optical recognition. To give one extraordinary example: on one page with 35 documents listed, 14 are illegible. I have seen some of these. They are just a blur of gray color shade. I will try and show those on RT with Jessie Ventura.

Now here is the question that all the so called pundits should be asking: Will Martha Murphy at NARA demand that each agency which submitted these now bring forth the original document to be laser copied for NARA? Because if she does not, then what is the point of declassifying it at all? To look at a blank page? That would be like staring at Allen Dulles giving you the finger.

FYI, on that one page I mentioned, two of the illegible docs deal with ZR/Rifle and one with JM Wave. So its not like they are not important.

The fact that this key question has not been addressed by any of the scores of stories appearing in the MSM shows what a sick joke the media is in this country is. And the expansion into cable did nothing to correct that conformity.

When I begin to look at these new batches, this is what I will be trying to detect. I already wrote Martha Murphy about this. If this persists, then I will try and call her about this problem.

Think I can talk to the Donald about it?

Or, do you mean JFK giving you the finger as he did on April 18, 1961?

Jim, it really is a waste of time, and anyone presenting crap on top of more crap that's out there now, and due tomorrow, I understand there's a saying for that, let's just 'pile more crap on top.'

And the story is catching on in the MSM.

Ya, I read that CNN had Posner on yesterday and he said the only thing Oliver Stone got right in JFK was the assassination date. Any MSM not doing a hit piece on this? I am very glad to see that Trump is doing this.

Greetings Dawn! Posner looked like an underfed squirrel. He does more good as a MSM source than not! Wink

I'm no researcher, and I do not consider myself to side with anyone, nor do I believe any longer that Oswald acted a lone, although, I was at one time convinced he did, that was before I started to dig into other information. I would challenge Posner any time, day, and anywhere to a debate on this, of course I know he would never accept. It would be like beating a dead dog, and what fun is that?

Posner, if you EVER get around to reading this, I would love a shot at you, (no pun intended) on a live debate, and I promise to keep it clean, and I certainly will not call you any names until after the debate, then, all I'll say is dumbass! I'll have enough idiots surrounding me.

In what ways are you different from the MSM on this issue?

They read nothing, tell us nothing, and inform us about nothing in these new documents. Neither do you.

Posner tells us its a waste of time. He solved the case. So do you.

Dallek says, don't worry baby, Kennedy was not a very good president anyway. So do you.

Maybe you should set up your own channel on cable or something. Or at least open your own web site.

If we are all wasting our time here, then you are wasting yours being here. Go ahead and label your site, "Forget all that NARA stuff, the JFK case is solved by me." I am sure you would have thousands, if not millions flocking to your site in a snap. You would drive all the forums out of business, overthrow our present form of government, and become imperial consul, or kaiser. Go ahead, try it. You won't be wasting your time then with the silly dolts here.. And its your chance to give JFK the finger.

Jim,

I remember once saying 'I don't want to be the one who said I told you so' but, as everyone is giving Roger some credit about calling Trump, why does no one give the guy who called Roger asking him to call Trump and ask if not only would he release ALL the documents 'in full' which is what I understood, but to also release ALL my father's documents 'in full.' See Jim, I'm doing more than you. The fact that I do not boast on any completed reviews day after day while expressing to everyone they should visit my website to read some articles, and that's because I'm too busy Jim disclosing evidence I've discovered.

There you have it folks, what a researcher is going to tell you vs someone who isn't going to blow smoke up your, well, you know!

Oh, and one other thing I forgot to respond to, yeah I did solve the JFK assassination, you may go home now. That's the first time I said that in over eight years, and I don't need millions of folks flocking anywhere to me, you see Jim, this is a numbers game to everyone, so why should I care where people flock to? Jim, you can have the people, I'll keep the truth. As I've already said, my posts alone reaches more than 3-5 thousand hits per week, more than anyone here or combined at the Ed Forum, not because I'm someone who's important, that's not it, it's because I'm a person who's never been heard of by any community other than the Cubans and because I'm actually telling the truth.

I'm nobody important Jim, but I'm willing to bet that there are some very important people out there following me, ask them what I've exposed, you may even ask my haters, after all, all they have on me is truth, and that's why they hate me, I get it!

Scott, you have huge ego problems. You did not solve the JFK Assassination, you only did some new research on your father - who may have played a small part [along with many others like him and above his pay grade] in the matter or related matters. No one person or researcher has 'solved' the case. It has been built on the work of hundreds if not thousands of persons - some witnesses, some guilty participants, one litigator [Garrison], many documents released under pressure from various agencies, some researchers who found a bit here a piece of the puzzle there but always working with information others had done before, sometimes taking out a piece and replacing it with another. Together many have built what now is a mostly consensual picture of what happened. No two researchers or students of the case believe in exactly the same details, but the details are just that - details. It is the general framework which now seems firm and true. There are always more pieces of the puzzle and those details welcome to be included to form a better and more easily understood picture - as well as to be better able to convince those who are not steeped in this matter, which if nothing else is very complex for a wide variety of reasons......

No, read my lips, I did not solve anything, and no credit is due me, my father on the other hand who linked people through his address book, or found in some FOIA documents did solve the assassination. He linked people to documents, and those documents disclosed the events that took place on November 22, 1963. I did nothing, but look for what my father's led me to, so let us give the real man who discovered the means, motive, plot and events of November 22, 1963, not me, but Edwin Kaiser whose name will stand the test of time for fully solving the assassination, and this is the first time I have ever said that, now that we're passed that, did NARA forget about October 17, 2017, that through their long and boring explanation said that October 26, 2017 is the deadline and all documents were to be released, this must be leap year, or someone forgot to tell someone at NARA what today's date is, lmao!

Am I mistaken, or isn't the President required to put in writing on the in-house congressional newspaper (or some other official government publication) any reasons he has for preventing this from being carried out in full?

Can't wait to read what the given reason is.

TRUMP DELAYS JFK FILES, RELEASES SOME

[Image: image1-40-700x470.jpg]Photo credit: Andrea Hanks / The White House
As some suspected he would, President Donald Trump has made the decision to delay the full release of remaining classified JFK assassination documents. The White House press office released a statement, which we have reproduced in full, below. The president claims that releasing the full tranche of files today would pose a grave threat to national security so he is calling for the relevant agencies to have a 6-month "re-review" process to "allow sufficient time to determine whether such information warrants continued postponement under the Act." The National Archives released over 2,800 documents just before 8PM EST.
The agencies have had 25 years to prepare for this day.

THE WHITE HOUSE
Office of the Press Secretary
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 26, 2017
October 26, 2017
MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
SUBJECT: Temporary Certification for Certain
Records Related to the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy
The American public expects and deserves its Government to provide as much access as possible to the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records (records) so that the people may finally be fully informed about all aspects of this pivotal event. Therefore, I am ordering today that the veil finally be lifted. At the same time, executive departments and agencies (agencies) have proposed to me that certain information should continue to be redacted because of national security, law enforcement, and foreign affairs concerns. I have no choice today but to accept those redactions rather than allow potentially irreversible harm to our Nation's security. To further address these concerns, I am also ordering agencies to re-review each and every one of those redactions over the next 180 days. At the end of that period, I will order the public disclosure of any information that the agencies cannot demonstrate meets the statutory standard for continued postponement of disclosure under section 5(g)(2)(D) of the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (44 U.S.C. 2107 note) (the "Act").
Accordingly, by the authority vested in me as President and Commander in Chief by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby certify that all information within records that agencies have proposed for continued postponement under section 5(g)(2)(D) of the Act must be temporarily withheld from full public disclosure until no later than April 26, 2018, to allow sufficient time to determine whether such information warrants continued postponement under the Act. This temporary withholding from full public disclosure is necessary to protect against harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure.
I hereby direct all agencies that have proposed postponement of full disclosure to review the information subject to this certification and identify as much as possible that may be publicly disclosed without harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or conduct of foreign relations.
Any agency that seeks to request further postponement beyond this temporary certification shall adhere to the findings of the Act, which state, among other things, that "only in the rarest cases is there any legitimate need for continued protection of such records." The need for continued protection can only have grown weaker with the passage of time since the Congress made this finding. Accordingly, each agency head should be extremely circumspect in recommending any further postponement of full disclosure of records. Any agency that seeks further postponement shall, no later than March 12, 2018, report to the Archivist of the United States (Archivist) on the specific information within particular records that meets the standard for continued postponement under section 5(g)(2)(D) of the Act. Thereafter, the Archivist shall recommend to me, no later than March 26, 2018, whether the specific information within particular records identified by agencies warrants continued withholding from public disclosure after April 26, 2018.
The Archivist is hereby authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.
DONALD J. TRUMP

Geee.....

Isn't it odd how one lunatic with a mail order rifle and a patriotic but misguided nightclub owner can still be posing grave threats to national security, over 50 years after they died?

Was Oswald's tax return ever released? If not, I guess that's one thing that Trump has in common with him after all. And nobody even talks about it.
