A rather interesting find there, Mr. Josephs, so indicative of your knack for having things jump out at you.

To the best of your knowledge, Are informants T-1 and T-2 associated w/activity(ies) in New Orleans, thus the corresponding NO 1190-C and NO 1207-C ?

Akin to Lt. Jack Revill (Intelligence Section, Dallas PD), it seems these two individuals (both males or females, or a combination of both sexes) operated out of deep cover status. Even deeper than Revill it seems (Are their identities so sensitive neither of their names appear, Or, Do you think these particular informant positions were open and hadn't been developed yet?)

Will center some personal interest upon T-3 in hopes something relative to Mr. Oswald's time in New Orleans stands out.

Yes Alan, the NO refers to New Orleans informants. DL is Dallas I believe

Check over at the new docs Mexico thread... I just found the earliest instance so far of a US asset at the Cuban embassy reporting that Oswald was not there...

Appreciate the timely response, Mr. Josephs, Thanks!

WOW! @ revelation of a reported negative sighting of the wrongly accused at the Cuban Embassy. Yayaaa!

Is there a link to the new docs Mexico thread? (would look myself but am signing off in five seconds, but will certainly double back here before week's end).

Major revelation: the wrongly accused nowhere near the Cuban Embassy.
